I due like this but whet for nothing get disconnected from the internet and you need to star everything again

The directions tell what website to go to connect my tv and computer. I can't get to that website, redirected to other sites. So far it does not work....AT ALL!

We had ours two days and returned it. It wasn't as quick set up as they make it seem....we went with firestick!

I cannot download chromecast on my lap top computer. When trying nothing happens and there is no support number to call for advice. I now have a useless trinket.

It way work just fine with wifi but with a cell phone hotspot it does NOT work. I sure wish a salesman would have told me this before I bought it.

Didn't realize you had to use your phone to stream to this. What a joke. Returned and bought a Fire TV Stick. Whole different experience.

The new Chromecast 2015 is excellent. Very easy to install. It works very well casting from iPhone/iPad. And able to use other apps while watching YouTube video on big tv screen. Worth $30. Very happy with the purchase. Excellent product. Two thumbs up.

Try ed casing cell phone but didn't work. Also wouldn't work with laptop wouldn't recommend this to anyone

Not user friendly. Returned the Chromecast. Difficult to set up. No remote, you must use your phone.

set up by tech and unplugged to put on another tv and now NOTHING works. Two tv's not working. Can you NOT unplug without setting tv up again? Confusing

Not too impressed with this purchased. Returned & got the Amazon Fire Stick. It fit my needs better

The video quality is not good when casting on TV through mobile. it starts buffering at times.

It is not casting anymore. keeps shutting down...i barely used it and it is already bad. i prefer firestick.

Don’t buy .. cheap quality .. HD channels are not getting casted .. frequent disconnects.. device heats up.. I want refund

The new CPU model in the Chromecast (2015) can be found here: http://www.marvell.com/company/news/pressDetail.do?releaseID=7116 I purchased it recently and wanted to try it because on the old chromecast whenever my Ethernet throughput would pass 35Mbps it would begin stuttering a lot. After trying the new Chromecast I am very impressed. There was one scene from a blu-ray rip where the Ethernet throughput would go as high as 95Mbps and there wasn't a single stutter at all. Just that alone makes this purchase worth it for me as I don't have to choose anything less than original quality now on my plex media server. If you use anything like Plex and are a videophile and/or audiophile as you love streaming high bitrate content then I strongly recommend to upgrade to this model if you have the older chromecast. I did these tests with the Ethernet adapter on both products.

Can't stream xfinity to tv like I was told by both salesclerk and in store xfinity rep.

Without a phone it's useless. Sometimes disconnect from WiFi. I'm going to return it.

Not quite happy with produce you are going to need a good internet and never got the code for sling when it was purchased.
