Great way to connect your smartphone with your tv. Very fast reliable sometimes there is a sale buying one and get a discount for the second one THAT'S AWESOME!

I bought this is for my Nexus 7 to screencast. Before, I tried 1st version Chromecast, it lag so bad. But this version has improved, and i'm satisfied with it.

I love this little thing. I can watch everything from NY phone, tablets, and computer on any of my TV's, it's been one of the best purchases I've ever made.

Very sleek compared to the previous model. Not sure abt the speed compared to the last model. But this definitely does the job. And very good 1080p videos

I have the first chromecast and the decided to get a second one and I can definitely tell the difference. This one has better a connection no lagging.

I love the chromecast, I also have apple TV chromecast is less than have the price I like it better. Maybe I'm just a Samsung guy but I love it.

Easy to set up, basic functions to cast to TV or a second screen. No bells or whistles; no extra remote like Roku or Fire stick. Not much difference from the first generation chromecast.

Purchased as a gift for my parents in a rural area who aren't great with technology. It works perfect for them but as a steaming service you will need to make sure you have unlimited data

Works as stated. Many using for Netflix and YouTube. I like the way it runs though my network instead of directly from my smartphone.

Google Chromecast was great at first and then suddenly it stopped connecting to my phone cast as well as computer cast. After a handful of resettings of both my chrome cast and internet router I called google. Well, one hour later the agent connects me to my router's company because he could not figure out the problem. Then my router's company said they have no idea of the problem and cannot support me. Ridiculous. Off to Apple TV I go.. It may be more expensive but the customer service is way better and at least I know it will work!

So, every once in awhile I lose all connectivity with the Chromecast. On the PC I am using, when I tr to cast, it says cannot connect. So, in the past I unplug and re-plug the Chromecast, power cycle the TV and try again and it seemed to work. Yesterday, nothing I did fixed the issue. But I'll try again later. Another issue is the sound was all jacked up. I had to unplug the Chromecast multiple times before it worked again. It's rather aggravating. But when it does work, it's a pretty nifty device.

Works great easy to use. I have used two units with 3 different laptops and many different phones. So easy to interface and setup!

The set up is very easy and the instructions provided are easy to follow. The device itself seems to provide a quicker connection than the original Chromecast device.
