I have two other Chromecasts and wanted one for a third TV.

Works great for the tv in my office so I can project things to my tv in the office for meetings

Chromecast is easy to set up and use. There is not remote so you must use a smartphone which is a downside. The performance is terrible- pixilated screen, contact buffering etc. The Roku Premier is a far better interface if you are using a service like Sling.

Chromecast gets better and better...we have turned friends onto this help and they all love it as well. If you don't have a smart TV this is the answer...my #1 TV channel is now Youtube, followed by Netflix followed by ESPN...old fashioned TV is becoming a distant memory

We finally cut the cord with cable. We have a Vizio smart TV and it will not let us install certain apps like YOUTUBE TV. Getting this solved the problem. We can just beam what we want to the TV using Google Home on our tablet. Very happy with this.

We love our chrome casts. You can stream from almost every video app on your phone.

This device is very convenient to have around the house. Highly recommended especially you don't have a smart TV. You can broadcast youtube videos straight from your phone or tablet onto your TV with little difficulty and more than one person can queue up videos.

I'm a Google user. This works great to stream something from a phone, tablet or computer. I use it to stream a game on ESPN3 to the TV instead of watching it on a computer screen. We have 3 of them. The kids use it to stream Netflix to their TV.

Chromecast I'd the fastest casting device I have. Better than Roku, and firestick.

While not as full-featured as a Roku or Apple TV, this Chromecast provides an excellent way to mirror Android devices and "Cast" audio and video from multiple sources. It works with the Chrome browser, Android, iOS, and potentially other devices. I am extremely satisfied!

I went for the chromecast classic as I got a normal non-smart HD TV, and dont intend to buy a costlier TV anytime soon. Works easily with apps from my android phones, and simple to cast from chrome browser from PC as well. A no brainer unless you already have a smart TV

If you don't have a streaming device or smart tv, then this device is one of the best you can get for the price. I would highly recommend it to anyone that uses google-related products and streams music or other media via their tv/entertainment system.

Google cast is a great product and hard to mess up. Even if there is something wrong with your network, you don't have to change and/or correct the cast device every time you connect it to a different network. Highly recommended for people who don't have cable service.

In my opinion hands down the best digital media player on the market. Hands down!

There are several different ways to watch TV other than the regular cable/satellite/over the air (Roku, Amazon, Apple...). But, the Chromecast is one of the better ones. Easy to use, menus are easy to navigate, with several options. Can't go wrong with a Chromecast!!!
