I do love using this product. I get to broadcast youtube videos and netflix onto my tv. It comes handy dandy. Instead of having to manually type using the remote (and using it thoroughly), I can use my phone. This is a must have for any netflix lover.

I have so far used it to cast movies from my Samsung Chromebook to my tv. The set up was a breeze(only thinking of a nick name for the tv/room took time). I have had no delays or problems with the playback so far. I love it and would definitely recommend it.

The Chromecast is my bread and butter for all my streaming needs. Absolutely worth the $35.

Great for TVs that aren't so smart or TVs that might have issues with older smart software. Works great with the home.

A most have device in your home if you like streaming. Don't want to buy a smart tv? Just buy this, plug it in and use your tablet, phone or PC to "cast". Like traveling but can't watch anything on the hotel's tv? Just plug it in and no more boredom.

I've owned a lot of devices for streaming internet content, and of all of them, the chromecast is my favorite. No one has to fight over the remote because your phone, computer or tablet is the remote. Easy to setup, easy to let guests use and easy to get started.

faster processor then the 1st gen. great device to cast youtube or the many other apps the support chromecast. Very easy to set up. cast from you computer and use basic control from phone, play/stop and mute. Cast from phone to get all the features. Worth the $35

Bought on Black Friday for our teen daughter. So far so good, she loves it for Netflix, etc.

This works great from my Android phone and tablet, as well as my laptop. All you need to do is download the Google Chromecast app, and you're good to go! One caveat- some competitors' video sites/apps, like Amazon Prime, don't play well (or at all) with Google Chromecast.

I love Chromecast! I just plug it into my tv in my room, and can watch youtube or netflix or anything super easily. When it isn't in use, it displays really pretty pictures on a slideshow. I'm able to still use my computer while netflix is in the background. Love it!

I originally bought this for Netflix and Vudu and I came to realize that there are pretty more uses for this thing! Dont have a speaker or radio in your house? If you have Pandora or Spotify, your tv becomes the speaker! It's amazing! I also use this for watch YouTube!

Works fine out of the box, took a little bit to set up, but it was not painful.

Best Buy associate encouraged me to buy this. Said all I needed was to plug it into my tv and that was it. WRONG! You have to register it on a portable device (ie Ipod, Iphone, laptop, etc) the first time you use it, or it is absolutely useless! I had to call Google for help. Had to use my daughter's ipod to make it work on my tv. Then you have to leave a pc window open to basically use as a selection device and remote!

i got this to work with my google home speaker, just to throw or cast from my speaker or phone some videos or photos.

I bought a couple of these as gifts and they have been a success. Everyone has loved it and can't stop raving about how "cool" it is.

Super easy, fast, 90% reliable. Turn a dumb TV to a smart TV without shelling out big bucks.

I love this thing....would have giving it 5 stars but....when I stream movies its skips every now and then..but overall great product
