    Purchased Chromecast for, streaming to HD tv. Works very well. Cut your cable bills. YouTube tv, for local, and many other cable tv channels. I’m sure as YouTube Tv grows so will the number of, streaming channels.

    I bought the first gen version, and had a hard time streaming mlb.tv apps without pixelated video. This instantly corrected that issue. Incredibly reliable and a breeze to use. I bought two more for my nieces at college to use.

    It works very well with Netflix and YouTube. I tried to send a 4k video to my tv via Chromecast. It would freeze frame about every 20 seconds or so. It could be my equipment is a bit dated or this model just can't handle 4k video. Stills and 2.7k worked perfectly

    Had high hopes for this item in bringing my Netflix subscription to my TV. It worked very well as far as picture quality, but reception was only intermittent at best and made enjoying shows impossible. Maybe it had something to do with Comcast, my ISP, which is somewhat undependable in its own right!

    I was thrilled with how easy this was to set up. I did some pre-purchase research and found that I needed Google's "Home" app on my tablet to work with it. But it also works directly from my PC's Chrome browser, which surprised me. No complaints so far - it does what it was designed for.
