Works great and was easy to set up. A child could set it up. Haven't had any issues with the item at all.

Has a lot of apps and screen mirror works great as well

The Chromecast is an excellent compact device that hides behind the TV and lets you stream music and movies or mirror your device in 4k. It works flawlessly with our TV, Google Home, smartphones and laptop.

You must have strong WiFi and compatible phone or pad.... My RCA Pad and LG Tracfone and an older Intel Pentium Windows 10 OS laptop are not compatible. Trying to Cast from these devises displays a note: "This device is not optimized for casting using Google Chromecast".. My newer Windows laptop easily casts from Google's Chrome Browser.

I have more luck with the Amazon Fire Stick. I do not like how this does not work unless you have a phone or tablet to cast it from. Even then, it loses connection easily. I have only used it for 5-10 times, now I have a Fire Stick from my mom and it seems to work a lot better.

It does what they claim it will and does it very well. i just wish i can stream from safari on my macbook

This is my second chromecast and I am just as pleased with this one as I was the first. I purchased it to cast youtube TV as we recently cut the cord from satellite tv. It works perfectly, no hiccups whatsoever.

The Chrome cast works flawlessly with my TV, and different, devices, I have used my laptop, desktop, Iphone and android devices they are seamless, I can cast from one deice then interrupt that cast with another device.

I own a of chromecast 1 already. Pretty much an upgrade with all the same great features. I think its faster then the 1 gen. Very cheap device to stream videos from your phone to your TV. compatible with so many apps.

I Love chromecast for multiple reasons. And prefer Chromecast over my smart TV. Because this works really fast in terms of casting rather than casting through the smart TV functionality. I would definitely recommend this item.

It's so nice to be able to watch YouTube on my older TV!

I bought this so I could stream movies off my tablet onto my TV. It does this and a lot more. The next TV I want to buy will have a Chromecast built in and i will use this one in my mom's room.

This was the third chrome cast that I've purchased. The first two were for different televisions for myself. This last one was for my older parents. They are in their 80s but after I set this up it is no problem for them to use it.

I love the new chrome cast and I can tell a significant difference between this one and the original chrome cast. This new chrome cast has higher quality in picture and definition in sound and downloads significantly faster.

New gadget for the home & still learning its many uses.

This version of Chromecast seems much more durable. The previous version we had attached to a wall mounted tv, that would swing frequently, hit the wall and bent and never worked correctly again. It's not an issue with this version. Performance seems slightly better. Overall a great device.
