Customer Ratings & Reviews

I already had the first generation of Chromecast device and found it to be quite useful. I was staying with my cousin's family in NM and thought it would make a good gift, which it did. I think they're pretty happy with it, too.

Love this one compared to the old version where you used to have to plug it into the wall this one has a USB that connects to my TV which is nice and it cast a lot better from my phone the old one is very tricky and glitchy this one pops up right away and works each time so thank you

Really enjoy the product. Will enjoy using it and telling others.

The Chrome cast works flawlessly with my TV, and different, devices, I have used my laptop, desktop, Iphone and android devices they are seamless, I can cast from one deice then interrupt that cast with another device.

I have more luck with the Amazon Fire Stick. I do not like how this does not work unless you have a phone or tablet to cast it from. Even then, it loses connection easily. I have only used it for 5-10 times, now I have a Fire Stick from my mom and it seems to work a lot better.

Very small product which does everything as described. Very happy.

Casting on the new Chromecast is more seamless and the streaming is so much better - it buffers less. My internet speed is the same but there is less to none buffering when I started using the new Chromecast. Highly recommended.

Great for casting anything from our phones. My techy son uses it all the time to cast his video creations for the whole family and friends. I even bought a second one for another TV. Great product, simple install and setup.

This is my second device. I need it for a second screen. Streams smoothly with HD quality. Additionally I know who is streaming in each screen since the software has notification direct to my smartphone. Excellent purchase.

GREAT PRODUCT TO CONECT INTERNTE TO SEE NETFLIX AND OTHER CHANNELS

It is a very good item and convenient to use. It lets you control channels, etc through your personal devices such as smartphones from anywhere in the house as long as you have wireless installed.

My husband had purchased one of these for our home and at first I thought it was silly, but after seeing all the access it provided for such a little price, I fell in love. I ended up buying 10 more as quick as holiday gifts!

This is the best one out there my family really it a lot

Chrome cast has opened up a way to view my favorite internet programs on my tv. Before google chrome I was limited to my mobile device which did not provide the depth that I experienced with google chrome. I have bought at least three. One for my personal use and two for family members

Definitely a great product for people like me who live on their phone. You connect it right to your tv and anything you are watching on your phone shows up on the tv screen.

i have about 5 chromecasts by now! i will definitely recommend it

The product is a great deal, but if you are looking to stream videos with other software, this isn't.

You must have strong WiFi and compatible phone or pad.... My RCA Pad and LG Tracfone and an older Intel Pentium Windows 10 OS laptop are not compatible. Trying to Cast from these devises displays a note: "This device is not optimized for casting using Google Chromecast".. My newer Windows laptop easily casts from Google's Chrome Browser.

Has a lot of apps and screen mirror works great as well

With this great little device, you can turn your "dumb" TV, into a Smart TV, and control what you watch with your smartphone or tablet. It is small to be out of sight, and pretty enough to have it near your setup.
