    Title says it all, first one was innovative, while the second gen isn't breaking any new ground innovation wise, it's expanding on the performance of an already great product. Would buy again,in fact I did. Now own two of them. :)

    My of my house has google accessories so the Chromecast works great with all of our tablets and phones. Easy to stream to and perfect for tv's without wifi. I have the 1st generation also, but this one works more smoothly!

    Definitely a great product for people like me who live on their phone. You connect it right to your tv and anything you are watching on your phone shows up on the tv screen.

    This product is great! Just what I needed. I love the ability to cast and then when necessary any other apps (Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, etc.). Smooth connections and amazing for parties/get-togethers. Definitely worth the buy

    The future for television is "Streaming" and the chromecast has paved the right path for it. The chrome cast 2 pips the first with a better wifi and great performance. My personal opinion is that it is worth the upgrade.

    I have one on my living room tv and one on my bedroom tv. I used to watch shows on my phone but much easier to cast to my TV. I liked it so much in my living room I decided to get a second for my bedroom tv.

    If you don't want to spend too much money and want to have a good product to mirror your IOS and Andriod apps to big screen, this is a tool for you, there is no performance delay and too much issues with this product

    The hardware setup couldn't be easier. It took a little bit, however, to understand the google instructions for use via chrome. I thought it would be a little more obvious. But, now I'm glad I have it!
