    I didn't understand at first that this device simply reflected the video of another device that broadcast to it. It works really well most of the time. Every so often, it won't accept a certain apps broadcast. We just reset the television's antenna reception and it does well again.

    We have 2 of them and they are awesome. Can stream Netflix, Youtube, Twitch, Pandora with the ease of an ipad or iphone. You don't even have to be in the same room to use it. Bought one for my parents for Xmas as well.

    We purchased this as a gift for someone that does not use a lot of technology. We were able to get this set up extremely easy in just a few minutes, and she was already casting YouTube video's and more right away!

    we have 3 Chromecasts in the house, less expensive then smart TVs, does the same thing and everything can be controlled by your phone. Most of the time control is better on a phone then the smart TV menus.

    My kids lost my old google chrome when we upgraded TVs and I was so sad. Even though it is a smart TV is it not compatible with Google Play movie rentals, so I decided to go back to Google Chrome. It is quick, easy and flawless.

    Hands Down the Best thing you can buy for any TV! You can stream, Netlix, YouTube, Vudu, Pandora, almost anything to your TV with just a click on your phone!! I have 4 of them for all my TV's! Love it!! Must have!

    I want to watch YouTube in my TV instead of my PC. I have to connect my PC to TV. After I got Chromecast and setup in my TV, I just use my smart phone streaming into my TV. It is great. easy to setup. I love it.

    I currently have 3 chromecasts in my house on different TV's. I use them all the time, and am very pleased with the performance and functionally of the chromecast. These second gen models are much better than the original.

    I bought this for a TV that I use in my exercise room. I didn't want to pay a monthly charge for a cable box so I bought this. I can stream using the apps that come with the unit or "cast" from my iPhone. Works great!

    beats leasing digital adapters. We decided to cut our cable subscription and go for free TV. combined with this Chromecast our TV becomes a very smart TV, with a lot of access to more entertainment content than before!
