Excellent experience for 1080p but still unknown what are the new features in 2015

This electronic gem allows me to view streaming games without extreme or frequent interruptions, just smooth reception. It became an even more valuable tool when I had the Geek Squad install it.

I was having the old chromecast and thought of buying a new one. The new one is so good, handy and easy to cast. Now, I do not have to wait and in fraction of seconds things are getting casted. :)

This is a great product. Works as desired. Connects to your phone and is pretty fast. The only thing that stands out as weird is its shape. I don't it being round helps connect to your TV especially when it has to be in the back for most of the TVs.

The Chromecast is easy to set up and use. I especially like that it supports any product that runs the Chrome browser. I can cast from my Android phone (desktop or app), my laptop or my Chromebook.

Smart part of tv ceased working and isp and manufacturer pointing fingers. Gave up and plugged in chromescast.Now back to movie night and popcorn. Easy, convenient and affordable. Great device.

i use it every day to watch or cast anything from my phone right to the tv. i love that your phone is the remote, it frees up having extra hardware around you might misplace

Because the chrome cast uses third party apps software instead of using its own software built in such as Apple TV or Fire TV, there are time of lag and needing to reset the device. The best part about this item is the price.

Great for cutting cord with out having to buy smart TV's when mine were still perfectly good. I tried it and it worked great, and easy for use. Thanks to Josh at Cedar Park, Tx Best Buy

I have 2 - 1st generation Chromecasts myself. I haven't used the new round one but it is suppose to be an improvement over the 1st generation, I haven't had any issues with the 1st generation.

It was very easy to set up and use. I have had this for a couple of weeks now and still learning about what it can do. Customer service is very good as well through Google.

The product worked excellent once I got it set up but I just wish the directions would have been more clear on exactly what to do. Now that it is hooked up, I can access Netflix on a TV that is not a smart TV, watch stuff on the big TV instead of a tablet or my phone and Showbox works great on it. Very pleased with the product. And you do not have to pay for anything once you buy Chromecast. I couldn't believe it to myself when a friend told me about it but it really does work. We hooked up both ends of the Chromecast into the HDMI spots on the back of the TV and it works great. I did not have to plug it in anywhere else.

the chromecast is so easy to use. it's connected to all my devices at home and i can coneect with each one of thse deevices. I love to to streamed music and review movies that are playing.

My office needed an inexpensive way to cast from our laptops to a TV for when clients visit, or we just have internal meetings. Since everything we do is online, this was a perfect solution.

I have been using chromecast for past few months. I feel it's really good product to connect TV thru mobile phone or laptop. Most of the applications are supporting chromecast. Worth buying.

For the price this is an incredible device. Regardless of your phone or computer you can easily stream straight to your tv. Once I had it installed everyone at the house can use and loves it!

Setup is super slick, but having trouble with VPN.

Works great directly connected our receiver. We use to it stream google play music directly to our stereo system. Also have used it to cast directly to TVs.
