This Product is so helpful, I can control what to watch off of my phone and I like it. I don't need to hook my laptop to my tv anymore. Saved me some money from buying another smart tv. (The tv I connected this item to isn't a smart tv)

This chromecast supports AC3 and AAC audio for surround sound, 5Ghz wifi signal and is 802.11ac certified. I love the speed, clarity, and flexibility I can achieve with the new Chromecast

just getting to know it , seems fine so far.Don't really like chrome browser

I owned the first gen chromecast and this one is better. I has 5 ghz wireless availability and it is fast. You just need a smartphone or tablet to control the content. But it works great.

Overall I like it. It is great to mirror my laptop to my television

I bought this augment our effort to "cut the cord" and get rid of DTV. I do like the casting feature of being able to send most things from my phone to the TV. There does seems to be some laggy behavior on the higher def signals though.

The chrome cast second gen is so much faster with updated WiFi and processor.

We bought this just to see if we liked streaming shows and broadcasting photos and videos from other devices to our tv. We love it. It’s easy to use also. I would recommend it.

Does what it says it does. A lot of development options out there.

Easy to use, works as advertised for casting video from your phone as well as mirroring your laptop screen or browser tab. No need for an outlet - power comes from TV USB jack.

As for device itself - it does, what it's intended for; used to have a first gen of Chromecast few years back - current gen. seems to be faster and more stable

I wasn't exactly sure what to expect with the Chromecast, I have had several Roku's over the years and loved the way they turn my TV into a smart TV. With the chromecast however, it works great for streaming things from your phone or laptop to the TV but that's about it. It doesn't hold any apps on it so everything you want to watch you have to download the app onto your phone or other device. If you start playing a movie from your phone for you kids for example and then leave the house, the chromecast will stop running the movie as soon as your phone gets out of range of your network. My recommendation is to go with the Roku 2 or 3, it even comes with a handy remote.

It's good device but price are costly. Recommand to buy on sale

By now pretty much everyone knows what a Google Chromecast is and what it can do. Easy to install and easy to set up so I can cast anything on my iPhone, iPad, or MacBook Pro to the tv.

I enjoy using my Chromecast, however I have had some problems synching the Chromecast with my laptop. I was also disappointed that the Chromecast extension is only available if you use a Chrome browser. Unfortunately, the Chrome browser does not work on my second laptop, so I can only stream from one of them.

As usual i got best deal in bestbuy. Love to shop more at bestbuy

If I knew how inexpensive and easy it wold be to turn our spare plasma TV into a working screen to watch shows, movies and exercise routines, I would have gotten a ChromeCast ages ago!

Chrome device allows me to turn my not so smart TV into a quasi smart TV. Although channels are limited compared to a true smart TV, Chrome connects me to Netflix, Hulu, HBO and Showtime. I still pay less than cable and watch what I want!

The Chromecast by Google makes it so easy to watch Netflix and cast anything from my phone or tablet to my big screen. I also take it with me when I travel. Its a great little device.

Affordable way to get a smart TV without replacing your current TV or paying for one. I can even stream from the internet without being limited to the selection of apps on the other devices.
