Google Chromecast

Still not convinced
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought it because I use some apps that are not available for Roku, but the fact that this is not a standalone device, meaning that you have to stream content from elsewhere (laptop or mobile device)... I still prefer other similar devices such as Roku Stick or Amazon TV Fire Stick

Great for non-smart TVs

Great means of streaming without a smart TV

We were looking at ways to cut cable TV costs so we bought one Chromecast device to try it out. Liked it so much we bought two more, one for each TV in the house. We never have streaming issues. Wish we had bought one sooner.

Overall great product

I am having to reboot the Chromecast often as my device sometimes has issues connecting to it. After reboot everything seems to work fine.

Great value

I would like a UI but for the price, using the Android App it works just fine. Netflix fails to connect sometimes but it seems to be an issue with the Chromecast App itself.
