I have 3 of these in my house, which are used nearly every day - from streaming music while working out, to finding a new show to watch and chill.

Does exactly what it says. I can use my phone and tablet to watch YouTube and Hulu. It also connects instantly as soon as I turn on the TV. Love it!

Easy set up, nice addition to the google mini. Love being able to ask my mini to play a specific song on YouTube but on my living room TV

Great way to access movies on line and save money.

Had the first-gen Chromecast and it was great, but the new one is much faster loading applications and provides better streaming.

Chromecast does what you would expect. Works well.

Self learning experience finding apps ....I don't use a lot of channels, I like Hulu, you tube, Netflix...abc, cbs,,, good fit for my use,,, wife and daughter use prime on smart tv in living room,

I went in to buy an adaptor to use with my amazon prime account - I was assured by the salesperson that this would work. After several attempts to use it with my amazon prime I called amazon they told me it was not compatible. It works with u-tube and several others but not with amazon as I wanted it for. so basically to me this is a useless piece of equipment. So if you want to use it for anything other than Amazon it's great , easy to install & easy to use.

I mainly bought this after I discovered I could not stream video through Amazon Fire Stick with new phone. It is very easy to use, although initially I had problems connecting to WiFi

Quick and easy set up. I purchased it to use Pandora and Netflix and my devices easily connect to it. Love it! Less expensive than buying a smart tv.

As a cord cutter I really upon this for almost everything. Just got back from 4 days at a hotel and used the Chromecast there as well.

My son loves his Chromecast. It allows him to stream from his computer on one room to his bedroom. Product arrived as expected without any issues.

Easy way to stream to a TV, just open the Google Home app on your phone select what you want to watch then select "Cast" and it appears on the TV

It took around 5 minutes to setup completely . It works perfect with great video, and sound quality. Please note that you do need to power this with USB power supply, but that included in the box.

Love my chromecast, can watch hundreds of shows on the TV now instead of on my ipad, very easy to install, has clear directions. Very very easy to use

Device is pretty much exactly as promised - a compact "puck" that plugs into my (wired) stereo letting me send music from my phone. I've use a Bluetooth receiver for this before and it was fine up close but only had about 15 feet or range before cutting out. This device works through a Wi-Fi connection so I can stream from anywhere in the house, or even outside, as long as I'm within Wi-Fi range. The controls work better too, compared to the Bluetooth receiver. Loses a star for the relatively limited functionality compared to other streaming devices and for not being as universal as Bluetooth in terms of the apps you can cast.

It does exactly what it says that it'll do. I find very little lag in its operation. I've yet to find any major problems with it.

Super easy to use. Plug it in and start streaming.

Open package, hooked up, downloaded phone app. followed directions on TV screen and bingo, everything was there. Couldn't believe how simple it was.
