    Good product & service. The only downfall is having to use our cell phone as the "Remote". (Will give Chromecast to the kids to use.) I'm looking into getting Roku for my needs.

    You must use your cell phone as the remote which is not convenient. I would rather have the use of my TV remote as was available with the first generation of the Chromecast.
