    It's not the best on connecting to your laptop, it keeps freezing or losing connection. Picture quality/sound are all great.

    I bought this to replace the laptop we would hook up to our TV to watch Netflix and what not in our bedroom. It does have nice features such as being able to stream from pretty much any device with click of one button. Also the fact that you can run it in the background and surf the Web on your tab is nice. The biggest drawback I experienced was the reliability. I've only had it a couple mos but there have already been a handful of times it just glitches out and won't work. And about once a week it just won't stream. It will load for 2 seconds and u watch 2 seconds of the show then load again and that's just not worth it.

    Chromecast is an easy way to take your content with you to hotels or make your old TV smarter. Can be a little flaky but for the cost, its an easy yes. I own 4 now.
