    I cut my cable, kept the internet and signed up for direct tv. this is perfect for that. The ONLY thing is that you cant download thing directly to the chromecast. It pretty much turns your tv into a smart tv and you device, like a phone, into a remote. Some people think it MIRRORS your phone, which it can, but thats not what it does. It kind of turns your phone into a remote and you scroll through the app on your phone but it will only play on the tv. Its pretty awesome.
