I love this product! Very easy to use!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This product doesn't come with all the bells and whistles of its competitors, but if you're planning on streaming anything from YouTube or Google chrome, this is a great device for it. I wish it had more compatibility with mobile OS apps. It doesn't work with chrome for iPad, and casting ability from Google docs, but for the price point, it's hard to beat.

I love my chromecast. It makes streaming Netflix,or YouTube easy.

We have a really good mesh network (google) at our house, and an internet speeds. With that said, I thought connecting the Chromecast would be very simple. Unfortunately, it was not the easiest set up. I'm not sure why. However, once it was acclimated with the environment, and programmed, it has been a joy to use.

We have a great TV in our bedroom, but it is older and not a SmartTV. Purchasing the Chromecast was a great decision, now I can watch Netflix whenever I want without having to go through a million settings on my TV to get there. It's almost like I upgraded my TV without the big price tag!

very easy to install. Convenient while traveling to use in hotels.

My son told me about this device when I wanted to watch a Doctor Who marathon on his Twitch account. It was easy to install, easy for me to use, and made it wonderful to watch the marathon on my TV. The extra benefit will be for me to watch other Internet shows on the big screen without struggling to connect my laptop to the TV.

fast streaming from phone to chromecast, no lag and easy to conect

We had previously had a first generation chromecast. I was hoping this one would have been more impressive or do something more exciting - it seems to be about the same. Maybe it wasn't necessary to upgrade. I'm still not sure why they didn't just combine this one and the audio one. Oh well, Google usually knows what is going on and what people want!

Use it primarily to watch movies on Netflix which it works great for.

Great for video you want to watch online on webpage

Product lives up to billing, and it's great to see YouTube videos on the big screen. But, I thought you could send anything on your phone to the cast, you can't. It's only apps & it's only those apps programmed to Chromecast. That limits the product's usefulness to me. Make sure whatever you want to show on your TV is capable of Chromecast before you buy.

I recently purchased a Chrome cast to be able to stream Netflix. It is awesome to be able to watch so many movies and series I may or may not have been able to watch on cable channels. The chrome cast provides such a great way to get to watch an infinite number of shows.

It does what it's supposed to. No real complaints.
