Chromecast product is good. Bad Best Buy staff!

Computer department staff told me to ask geek staff for advice; geek staff would not talk to me and wanted me to schedule appointment and come back some other time. I did get help from other department staff who apparently recognized my frustration.

Amazing product

My boyfriend won our first one and we absolutely love it but switching it between tvs got really annoying really fast so we bought a second one when it went on sale on black friday. Thank you chrom cast for making streaming easy!

Good but need specific user access support

Like user with password or pin can only cast to the screen. Because when you live with roommates, sometimes it becomes pain in the a** ...anyone in same network start streaming in between just for their own fun. Other than that everything is perfect.

Great and easy to use

My only complaint would be that it cannot be used without an active internet connection. ie. you cant stream content straight from your phone to the device without a workaround.

Great device for not much money

We were unable to stream movies using our DSL. Our cell connection, and unlimited data package, are very fast. The connection has allowed us to enjoy our Netflix movies with family and friends.

ChromeCast is great product

I mostly used it to cast Netflix and Youtube from my iphone to the TV. Both versions are good, but with version 2 ChromeCast I rarely got the "buffering spinning wheel" as I saw with version 1.

We decided to get one for our basement and are extremely glad we did. This works great. The only thing we would like is if it could stream Amazon Prime. However, we understand that's most likely not going to happen. Still, I highly recommend the Chromecast.

Great way to smartify an older TV

I picked this up just to try it and now love how much content I can reach from my Plex server. The slideshows from Flikr on the home screen are so cool we sometimes just sit and watch them.
