Good product overall. Only downside is that it isn't recognized as a casting device on windows 10. You must go through google chrome or certain apps to cast. Would be nice if the two systems played well together so I didn't have to install additional apps to use it. Otherwise I am enjoying it and it works well.

I was debating between a few others and decided on Chromecast because that normally what I use on all my systems. I've been able to watch whatever I wanted to, commercial free! My type of tv!

The Google Chromecast is not the best overall streaming device for your TV, but I believe it is the most convenient. I love that I can use my phone to control what is streamed to my TV and don't have to worry about losing another remote.

It's a great gadget . It's does its job. Truly worth it . I was debating between the chromecast and Apple TV . I figured I was only going to use it for Hulu and Netflix and those common apps so I decided to go with chromecast and saved myself 150$.

Bought it for my daughter who is a Zumba instructor at a major fitness center in the area. She uses the Chromecast to help her with her music for her classes both for her personal preparation and for her classes. She is very happy with this product

I must say that google is really stepping up their game. I love that I can mirror my tablet and laptop wireless. I also like that I can also use it for my TV and be able to access all my favorite apps like Netflix. Very affordable and usable.

This is my 3rd one in the house, they are so simple and just work. Great way to enjoy music or watch content from your phone. They also make great little gifts for family. From Netflix to photoshows to playing music these things are great!

I love my Chromecast! I have one in each room of my house. I have had no problems connecting it with my phone or laptop. I like that it uses usb as a power source so I can plug it into my tv instead of taking up another space on power strip.

Its good but the screen casting is very laggy.Overall rating 3 stars.

given what all smart tv's are doing now these devices are becoming too redundant

Works pretty well most of the time. Sometimes it takes a while to transfer over to the TV. Sometimes it's fairly quick. I think a lot of times it depends on your Internet speed. Since we are using cellular Wi-Fi, speed differs during the day.

The Chromecast works well MOST of the time. Sometimes I get a lot of stuttering even with a good wifi connection and my laptop only a few feet away from the Chromecast. I notice more problems when my roommate uses his older laptop, so I would recommend only using a fast computer to cast webpages.

Better than the previous version in connectivity and quality. A great gift and I like its portability. I connect to my Amazon Videos, Hulu, Netflix, YouTube and any video on my browser when I mirror screens. I prefer my FireTV, but Chromecast is the more affordable option for the other rooms in our home.

The device does what it’s suppose to do but I’m not really impressed

We have an old Sony LCD TV but it still works very well, however it doesn't have any built-in internet features, Google - Chromecast solve the issue; it brings our old TV to the current state-of-the-art. We love it. Thanks

Not what I expected and didn't like it as much as I thought I would.

I have a android device (nexus 5x) and I love the fact that I can cast my phone as it is. Because there are few movie sites that do not let you cast you their content - in such cases, I can just cast my phone screen and it works like a charm!!!

I use the Chromecast to stream online video wirelessly to a remote tv

I enjoy using the chromecast for putting up picture shows on the tv of trips or family events. Also worked well for streaming lessons in school courses but a little clunky to navigate those, possibly a user interface issue with the website.
