I bought the Chomecast for professional presentations of web videos. It wasn't perfect and it took some practice to use, but I found it to be very effective and functional. I'm very glad I got it.

The only thing that would make this better is if the wire wasn't hanging off of it. it's too easy to get caught in your skates or hung up on your stick. In all seriousness, it does the job and it does it well.

Love all products that Google makes and their Chromecast is no exception, another high quality product that can't be beat, love the ability to screen share anything from my phone or tablet directly onto the TV.

Set up took 5 minutes from unboxing to watching a movie. Firestick may be a bit more but I believe Chromecast is superior. Make the decision and buy one or a few, you won't be disappointed.

This is an all star device. It does exactly as advertised. Just make sure you have a strong internet connection. If your Wi-Fi is spotty where you plug this in to a TV your playback will be fair at best.

As expected, this works really well. Literally comfort at your hand. I like playing music from Google music from my bedroom and streaming it on my TV in living room with full volume! Pure Bliss!!

ENJOY USING TO CAST TO TV AND VIEWING PICTURES OF FAMILY

we are really happy with this gadget. I have wifi at home, so I am able to share my screen to our TV from any of my devices. we watch tv shows, movies by casting from our computer which is in another room.

When I bought a projector for the kids I was in a big debate between the Apple TV or the chrome cast. But I bought the chrome cast because I also have android products so the Apple TV was out of the question

What can I say about this that hasn't already been said? It definitely streams video to my TV and works great with my Google home mini devices. It is well designed and super easy to set up.

Bought a fire stick thinking it would be more convenient then a chromecast. Waste of money. It's easy to mirror almost anything with my phone and the chromecast app is always giving men new ideas

Works great--as long as your device is new enough to accept the casting protocol . one of my Androids is a 4.1.2 and it will only cast YouTube, my others with newer versions will cast a lot more things.

I love the stable internet connection and the fact that I can Chrome Cast from all my devices. This is so great and can be used in the middle of my LAN system allowing me to use it on several locations.

We have put 6 of these on TVs in our office so that our departments can cast their computer screens for all to see. It has worked well and has allowed our teams to have more dynamic meetings on the spot.

Needed a casting device to mirror the screen of my android tablet on to a HDTV. Works like a charm! No lag, no loss in resolution, perfect color mirroring, looks like I'm on my pc, but the screen is 48"....

I have owned another of these, but ordered these two for my grandchildren. One did not have cable in her room, so this expands her viewing capability. Works perfectly and easy to pair.

I don't typically purchase many items for Best Buy, but this item was on sale and it was a great price. I however am disappointed with the speed of delivery. Amazon still beats BB when it comes to speed.

Already nice gen 1 chromecast was made even better with this gen2 upgrade. Highly recommended if this is your first chromecast. Lot of compatible apps and with google integration it works really well.

I was very excited to purchase this product so I could stream content from my Surface Pro 4. I had seen the reviews that said the audio and video are out of sync, but I figured it must be user error. It wasn't. I tried everything that Google suggested but nothing worked...the audio simply doesn't sync with the video. Normally, I trust Google blindly but, this time, I'm sorry to say that they let me down big time. This is a real problem that must be fixed. I returned the product for a full refund.

As with any brand name device this is only restricted to their sites. Wish there was a functionality for it to be able to surf the internet through the device. But overall, it works great for the price
