It works great. Netflix, YouTube, Hulu works flawlessly. Best app for Chinese/Cantonese used, vchannel. Find the feed and add the channel to get free Asian television series, Anime cartoons and Asian Movies.

This product is just fine. Not as flashy as the Apple TV, but it streams everything I need it to. I don't even mind that you have to use your devices as the remotes. Not flashy, but serviceable. Easy set up, too.

I was debating whether to buy this model vs. the 4k capable model for future-proofing. Since I'm not fully set for 4k, I got the cheaper model. It works great and will get the 4k capable model later.

My wife and I purchased this to replace a first generation chromecast. We enjoyed everything about the first generation so we expecting big things from the second one. Really impressed with the increased Wi-Fi capacity. All in all a solid investment.

I noticed that this edition (2nd) has no major difference on hardware specs from the 1st gen of chromecast dongle. However, this 2nd gen obviously provides better image quality on my TV.

Such a simple concept and it makes a great piece of equipment. Being able to quickly connect and project from so many different mobile apps makes it one of the most versatile connection methods.

Love love this thing. I'm able to connect what I'm watching on my iPhone to my tv, which is awesome. Instead of watching Netflix on my phone I hook up my chrome cast and get to watch it on my tv.

Purchased for work and home use and for the price, provides good bang for the buck for casting content from Android or Windows devices running Chrome browser to a big screen. Occasionally have issues where device is not detected when the wireless signal is weak.

This will be my second chromecast i love it and i use it. Om both of my tvs. I will probably be getting a third. For the other room just have to make sure yourbtv has an open hdmi port and a usb to connect

I bought this for my girlfriend who needed a quick way to integrate her phone with her TV. Overall, this is an extremely convenient device if you have guest visiting. Any guest can share their media library with others in the room via their smartphone or tablet.

I like the new design. It fits the HDMI port, and powered easily. It is faster to connect, and has better recognition of the shows as we searched channels.

Especially useful when traveling. Took a recent trip and was laid up in bed with allergies for a couple of days. Really glad I could cast netflix, etc. to the TV while laid up in bed using chromecast.

It's great to be able to watch online programming on my TV instead of having to stare at my iPad or laptop screen. It's helped me really enjoy my Acorn subscription even more than I thought I would.

Had some crazy things happen when I set it up. Google and my internet company actually talked to each other. I have to enter password every time I cast it as if I were a guest....still do. But the quality is good. Other than the setup it works just fine.

I got my chromcast because all my other systems are chromcast enabled. I'm here to say I actually like my external Chromecast better than I thought. It works so well and never fails me.

I use the Chromecast to mirror my laptop's screen. The resolution is good. YouTube videos can also be broadcast to the television at a higher resolution. I am very happy with the upgraded Chromecast.

Okay, If you are into Google Ecosystem or if you have google home speaker at home. this is the best TV companion for you to buy. but if you want to buy just this for Netflix or play something else on TV. it would skip it and FireStick instead.

I mainly got this device to stream twitch but now I use it for pretty much anything and everything I want to watch. Functionality with Google Chrome is so Easy. I haven't had any issues with it at all

We had no cable and no smart TV and this was awesome way to combine everything and get movies. We had showbox on our phones and it well on the cast got to watch all the newest movies.
