I initially got the chrome cast gen 1 for my dad and we loved using it at home. It is very useful if you rely on Netflix or other services to watch TV or movies. I got this for college and love using it.

before this chrome. i had several devices for all my media. with chrome its all in one place. how i do life with out this device is beyond me. recommended for all who want to stream line their media

Comprehensive instructions and easy installation for anyone. I am enjoying my chromecast and recommend it to anyone who likes to watch their youtube instructional videos on the big screen. No more squinting eyes watching a small cell phone screen. Love it!~

Mirror content on your TV If you want to access an app that isn't Cast-enabled, you can display what's on your Android phone or your laptop's Chrome browser. I love the fact that you can mirror contents from your phone even if it's not cast enabled.

Love this device, was a great buy because our TV is not equipped with smart features so when anything the family want to watch a movie, TV show or any other media this comes in handy

I bought this after my first chromecast broke & its been way better! Videos load faster it boots up quicker overall superior product. Highly recommend to a non smart tv or even a smart tv

For those who don't want to spend money on Smart TV the Chromecast is a great option for them. I bought it for my Dad for Father's Day and he loves it! I gave it 4 stars because it cast off of your phone so it will run your battery down and use data.

This is a great companion device if you use your mobile device heavily for streaming media. This will allow you to to share your media on a screen while continuing to use your device for more important things, like that Facebook status update.

I was straggling to connect my devices to my tv tried many ways and many devices wasn't getting my expected results until I find Google cromecast fast and pure connection full HD unbeatable. Thank you

My kid got these headphones for all of his music and games. I think he likes them, but I can no longer get him to answer me when I yell upstairs for him! But he still smiles, so I'm assuming he's happy.

this is a great device to use for partys where you can stream music from youtube with visuals, or this is also great for watching movies also this is great for screen mirroring too

Woks perfectly, very convenient, the only problem I have with it is I would like to cast a video from a flash player, and so my only option is to cast the chrome tab. This lags a lot in sound and video, and there's no way to increase the delay to allow buffering.

I really like that it helps me watch multiple things with a variety of applications. There's so many apps to choose from, there's something for everybody to watch. A great feature that I love that it doesn't need a power source other than the television itself.

My complain was I can't watch video from Amazon Prime.

Bought 3 of these devices for my grandkids .... they love being able to stream movies in their bedrooms ! There are at least a zillion different apps already but they get to choose new ones every other week or two! Chromecast is aWINNER

Faster, better design , and a better app. A great update. I had the original Chromecast and lost it somewhere so I decided to by this version after reading reviews and im glad I did! Awesome version 2.

Really like the chromecast except won't stream any of my amazon stuff from my phone but it will of my laptop. The sale person was not very knowledgeable about this product because when I asked if it would steam my amazon stuff she said yea no problem

I wanted to cut the cable. I had mixed emotions about ROKU, so I decided to go with the Chromecast. I am so happy I did, I enjoy the ability to cast programs from my devices to my television.

Not sure why it took so long for me to get with the program, but I absolutely love this little device. Projecting videos from my phone to the tv is the best....you'll love what it allows you to do.
