Can't really say much it works... Google have some great products. I bought this as a companion to the Google home. I can stream content straight from Google home by my voice to my TV

Answered my concern about be able to stream YouTubeTV . Couldn't do it with my first Chromecast which is 1st generation. Other than that, works as the original ChromeCast

I initially bought this to stream home videos and Youtube videos from my computer. Since then, my family has found multiple sites that we are able to use in conjunction with this device. it does a great job. It is a great addition to our TV.

Great alternative to cable. Little bit of a process to set up but easy if you are familiar with app installation. Use it in conjunction with several apps. Can be slow and sketchy picture but that is more than likely the WiFi it runs off of.

I had the original version of the chrome cast and I wanted the new version because it could connect to my 5ghz wireless network. I can stream in 4K now and it looks great.

I have an older TV, and this works great for apps that support it. This is a replacement for one of the original versions. The change in design makes it easier to fit into the TV.

The new Chromecast slightly improves on the first generation of the device with its upgraded 2.4/5 Ghz Wi-Fi. The 4-inch attached HDMI cable makes it easier to insert into some HDMI ports.

I really like the new generation. It looks better and works well. Reason for 4 star is that it still has an issue with connecting to the Wifi of some houses. If it could connect better in the next generation then that would be great.

I love how easy it is to connect this to both my wifi and google home. It is an amazing and convenient feature to have, especially if you do not have a smart tv.

I really like this and I'm so happy to be away from cable. I'm never at a loss for something to watch and I don't have to scroll through a zillion infomercials and shopping channels.

Had a previous generation Chromecast that would occasionally freeze up when casting Spotify or Netflix. This one has worked much better and can take advantage of 5GHz wifi.

This product is really nice. It's been around for a while but I was never interested in it until I saw that my cousin has it. I like how you can mirror your phone on to your big screen.

We are new to the casting phone to television age of viewing. Love it. Instead of passing my phone to my husband, we can look together on the television. Installs simply and quickly.

She uses it to watch a lot of youtube on her tv in her room. Almost never has her tv off now because shes always watching something with it while playing on her computer. 10/10

It is a nice product that simply display my PC to my TV. I use google chrome, so a lot of things i watched on my big tv screen instead of small laptop screen.

This is my second Chromecast. It connected quickly and was ready to stream. I especially like that I can use multiple different apps and easily tap the icon and its up and running.

Chromecast is a great deal of entertainment for students. Just plug in start casting from ur phone/laptop. Its very convenient and flexible for any TV with HDMI port

I use my Chromecast quite often whether for Spotify or YouTube. It's been great to use when having get-togethers and letting other people choose what they want from their phones.

I love the concept of turning my older hdtv into a smart tv but alas my Internet connection isn't the greatest. Other than I highly recommend this to those who have decent Internet. 1 other drawback is my 4 year old phone not compatible.

Bought this for my girlfriend's mother. She loves it and is now streaming new shows instead of watching Ancient Aliens re-runs. Connects to her iPad and iPhone. Third one I've purchased.
