Wanted to view computer content on large screen. Chromecast was the best option. Needed a little help setting it up but customer support was very helpful and patient.

I love it! The only thing i have noticed is that sometimes it disconnects itself from the internet when running idle for too long. Other than that its dope!

This is great for people who don't have a smart TV. Best option to not have to upgrade but still allows you to stream and use apps like Netflix

I bought this item just to see if would work around my home with my TV'S and now I take it with me where I go out of town to any hotel for work and play. This is awesome!

If you dont have a smart tv this device will be of great help. Even if you have a smart tv it is very recommended to buy it. Your tv will become an extensiom of your phone.

Having this device when travelling really makes the difference, it's nice to have all the contents you really want in your pocket instead of just switching channels.

I bought this so I wouldn't have had to buy a Smart tv. My cousin has one and it works really good. I wasn't able to use it because of how the Internet is set up on campus.

This little device is magic. Plainly put, if you want to get media from your cell phone to your TV, this little bugger will do it. Buy one and join the fun!

I had old Google Chromecast. This new one is smart. It saves your setting time. Copies the setting from your phone to setup wifi. Save a lot of time. Great product.

This product has everything I need it to do and it is just like having a smart TV. It could have more app's but for me it is perfect and my family loves this product.

Connection is fast and stable, overall, however, it needs to be unplug to refresh connection to resolve loss of audio occasional. P.S, I got my credit back for my purchase prior a 2 weeks of sale events.

i have used its faster than the old one but this model keeps disconnecting from my network other than that it might hold well for others compared to me mos def worth the price

We have put these on all of our televisions and they are very easy to use. We have also given three as gifts and the recipients have all seemed to enjoy them as well.

This is a ok product from google and t does what is supposed to. For me it I didn't solve my issue with my tv connection. I think there is a compatibility issue with LG smart tv. This is a good product from Google.

Works very well for casting phone screen or playing videos. Would be better if the official app has the ability to play local videos and a greater video codec support

Ended up returning this and keeping my Roku. I wanted it because I had a chromebook and could project it onto my TV using the chromecast, but didn't end up using it much.

Would I race out and buy another one? Not so much. My husband who has a Samsung phone can get his phone to sync a lot better than I with an iPhone. I almost think it'd just been easier to buy the HDMI cord, personally.

It's not a plug and play like the Apple TV. You do have to get the app and connect to your tv but it's so cheap. Once you are all set, it works just as well as Apple TV.
