    The New chromecast appear to Hold The reception in The bedroom. I can enjoy My movies anywhere in The House were i have chromecast. It appears The newier chromecast has a powerful reception.

    Great product Great price If you want to watch a movie without using wires Chromecast is the way to go(from your iphone ipad tablet etc)

    My wife ran the vacuum cleaner over my cord. Went to Best Buy and was directed to the proper replacement. Works as well as a new cord

    The chromecast projects entertainment from your phone to the tv the Chromecast is plugged into. The phone also acts as a remote and surprisingly, the service does not drain the battery. However, you must enter the individual service (i.e. Netflix, You tube, etc) to start the cast but enter the Google Home to stop it. There have also been huge buffering moments and lots of freezing. A new version was just released to maybe that has been fixed but as of now my order for cord cuttiny devices bottom to top is Chromecast, Fire Stick and then Roku

    I connect my phone to this all the time when I want to watch something on a bigger tv. I recommend that u have a flat screen to use this.

    We replaced our old chromecast with this one and love the increased response time. Lag time between computer and tv is greatly diminished.

    Improvement over the the first generation Chromecast which didn't work well with some streaming apps. This one works much better.
