Won't play Amazon videos, a negative for me. Allows you to control your TV with your phone/tablet. Fairly quick and east to install.

This is actually our 2nd one. The 1st one stays in the “man cave” but we bought this one to go with our new Google Home.

I enjoy using it to receive YouTube TV. It allows me to receive my local Phoenix channels & drop Direct TV.

My tv is not a smart tv so this item is very handy. I can watch shows from the internet, Netflix and Hulu on my dumb tv.

Its a neat little device, didn't like that I had to keep redoing the wi-fi every time I connected to a network it was already part of

So great! We cut the cord and now use 3 Chromecasts throughout the house and life is good.

I didn't understand at time of purchase that this device was so proprietary for Chrome. I believe it works well for casting from a Chrome source to a smart TV, but that's not what I needed. I returned it and bought a slightly more expensive Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter. Note about that -- first tried to save a dime by buying a "new" one on Ebay, but it came infected with malware that tried to take over my laptop. When I got out of that situation and then bought the device new, it worked like I needed it to.

The connection of the Google Chrome was simple. It immediately connected to my Google Home Mini and I’ve had no issues.

By far one of the best content casting technology ever. Works great with all the products (Laptop/Tablet/Phone)

I really enjoy it unlimited free movies with apps like showvox and tvportal. The only problem is hard to understand interface and sometimes it requires rebooting to work properly.

Works exactly how we need it to. Only complaint is it has to be plugged in and the cord is a little short but easy fix

I use my chrome at all the time to watch Netflix. No issues with the product. My only wish would be for longer cords on the product.

Easy to set up. Better WiFi signal than the one in my Sony TV. Netflex shows load quicker and run smoother without any buffering.

This is an excellent device at incredible price. Video streaming and even screen casting is remarkable. Best bang for the buck.

This was a dream come true, I had no idea that the hold family was going 2 enjoy watch Netflix on the google chromecast

Wish it had hulu built in like it does Netflix so I don't have to cast from my mobile device. Would be nice to ask Google to play a show from hulu not just Netflix.

Love my chromecast. I have the apple tv and the firestick. Chromecast turns your phone into a touch screen remote.

Installed without a problem, works great. The instructions were a bit vague, but once I figured it out everything has gone smoothly.

I have an apple TV at home and bought this to use at work with my laptop. It works ok but I feel it's a little patchy at times.

Better than a smart tv. I can use my phone to seach what i want to cast instead of fumbling with a remote. Looks awesome on 4k too.
