Price makes this system right. Works well with Google home. Easy casting from everywhere.

The chromecast works as claimed. I wish it had a bit more range, and the screen refresh is a bit slow, but it does the job for me.

The new second generation is even better than the first generation with all new updated specs

Google Chromecast works well, though sometimes the setup can be annoying or when changing the settings, not everything is as easily understandable. Though searching the Google help is useful. Overall, effective for the price, and adds comfort to a home with flat screen TVs. I noticed that the device does have trouble with multiple users when it comes to running TV apps, though this usually do to an unstable internet.

Easy to install except if working with a macbook will need to you tube the proper setup.

This new Chromecast works perfectly! We are using it in our home theater setup and love it!

wow... this is good. good clarity and can carry it anywhere... especially when I travel, I can watch Netflix at the hotel too.

Hard to set up, but after you get it going, it works well. Wish there was a way to make sure you're getting Dolby Digital.

it can do more that it says on the box. you can just stream everything on you phone with it

I have both the ROKU and Chromecast and the ROKU provided a higher resolution picture. The Chromecast is very pixelated. The app performs well but if you have a wife like mine that is adverse to any technology and needs a remote this product is not for you. It is not worth the hearing you wife or significant other's incessant complaining how they don't like to use a phone or tablet to control the programming.

Great for watching YouTube and Netflix on my tv, letting me just need my phone as the remote.

Great product but did not recognize the network I needed to use. Returned and got a roku 3.

No need for cable. We only brought 1 to try but I think we will be others to use through the house- Great to use when traveling also,

Love this I watch everything on my phone so to be able to cast it on the tv is awesome

I purchased this item for my parents who wanted to watch YouTube on the phone with the bigger TV screen. What we did not know was that the device requires wifi connection, and my parents do not have it. My father has a phone which has a sharable wifi hot spot of 10GB, but that is not enough to watch streaming videos online for hours. Could not use the product though I think it is a good item if we could use.

Bought for my son - it was his FAVORITE Christmas gift along with the Google Home!
