Close But No Cigar

Once was in a hotel, the other time was at my in-laws house. I had very limited success with the 1st gen. I had hoped the 2nd gen would be better, but it actually seems to not work at all. I'll try it at home one day to see if I can get it to work at home. If not, it's going the in junk drawer with the other one.
