If you don't have a smart tv, this is a great buy, however, I do wish it had a few built in apps, and didn't rely on me having a phone or tablet. But it works great.

Purchased the chrome cast to watch movies on my smart TV from my tablet. It worked great , has a nice interface, set up was easy. Highly recommend this product!!

Have a couple Apple TVs around the house, decided to try a google chrome in addition for another TV. Works well, doesn't do as much as apple TV, but good for price.

Images seem to be clearer and fill the whole screen unlike its counterpart (Apple TV) and some programs don't work with Apple TV but are great with Chrome Cast.

Chromecast is great with friends for playing games and just for watching things by yourself. The ability to cast things from my phone to my TV is the best part for me. Not too shabby if I do say so

Works for most of the steaming video on the internet. I was disappointed that it did not work for Amazon Prime. It appears that they had to build that in on purpose.

Bought this for a friend with an android phone. He loves it, and I'm impressed with how easy it is to use. Great for anyone that travels - no more dealing with hotel tv choices, just bring your own

Excellent product for streaming was a little disappointed with purchase as we were supposed to receive 2 months of Hulu there was no codes or information in package.

Remember when you opened your first iPod? You got a sense of the care and quality that went into it just from the packaging and the experience of opening the box. I re-experienced that feeling when opening Google ChromeCast. Setup was a breeze. Within five minutes I was watching YouTube and Netflix controlled by my laptop and my iPhone. It's easier than watching Netflix through TiVo. Picture quality is exceptional. Beautiful screen savers built-in. And only $35? Somebody pinch me!

This was so easy to set up. Google has great steps and only a few before you can actually be using this. Smartphones, tablets or computers can access and submit your viewing options. Great idea, Google!

Great device for quick and easy streaming. Purchased 2 for my home and love being able to cast netflix from my phone or tablet, even streaming websites from the pc using the chrome browser is a breeze.

After watching about a million commercials about Google TV, we decided to give it a try since we had a bunch of leftover rewards certificates after Christmas. The price is killer. Brought it home, set it up, and quickly added the necessary app to just about every device in the house. This thing easily streams content to the TV, and in some cases gives us better fidelity on apps like Netflix than we typically get from the app built into our Blu Ray player. I'd recommend it to anyone.

I could not be happier with the ease of the set up and the value of the Chromecast. The only thing I wish is that HBO go was available. Other than that, no issues.

Perfect for watching your videos or movies depending on your apps on a tv anywhere in your house. No cable/satellite outlet needed. Just plug in your chromecast and you are good anywhere in your house.

It is an awesome product. Would be better if you could stream everything from your phone to TV but its still a great buy!! I would recommend it to anyone......

It always seems to take hours of trial and error to install new devices and toys. The Chromecast device was simple to install and turned my kitchen TV into a small entertainment center. Very statisfied

This is a must have to save money. Tired of your cable or satellite bills, get this Chromecast streaming media player and start enjoying the savings. This is a must have for any Vizio TV or Simple TV.

Before it was an issue since certain appas were only able to stream to the device. But after I downloaded Allcast, I can stream pictures and videos I have from my tablet to my TV and that is why I love it.

Chrmocast is a great product as long as using a laptop but using the product with Android Phone is not working. The problem is with Google Chrome and not Chromcast.

It is great for watching Netflix, which is why I purchased it. Reasonably priced. Performs as advertised. Easy installation. The apps you can watch are limited and it merely prompted my husband to go and buy Apple TV, which is much more expensive, but has more options. So we will now be installing the Chromecast on the guest bedroom TV.
