this little device is amazing. it lets you stream from virtually any mobile device or computer in your house to any Tv with an HDMI port. Definitely worth the purchase.

Able to display laptop, iPad, iPhone on tv and get Netflix and other apps. This is one snazzy little device. Competitiv ly priced, too

This device is great for streaming from pc-tv,but should be able to stream from pc-tv whiles using yout pc sound card to pc speakers.

Great for Google Music, Netflix and Pandora. Setup is quite easy. I have this connected into my home theater setup, so I stream movies and music through my home audio system to make it sound really great. Netflix looks good via the Chromecast and my HD projector, and the audio sounds great. I will be getting another on for the main floor of our house too.

So far I loved it, it works great and I dont need any wires to hook up my devises to tv anymore. does not work standalone with apps, like apple tv. but works fine with any device. does not have a remote, cause your device is your remote.

works and easy to install. Only worry is I'm not sure if it uses my phone's battery when I'm using it to connect to the chromecast.

Bought a second one to travel with. Easy hook up to TV. Used apps on iphone to share memories with my mother while on vacation. YouTube, Encore work great with this

Glad I purchased it at Best Buy. It was more expensive at other stores. Really simple to use and enjoyed watching Netflix movies by Chromecast on TV instead of my iPad.

My 90 year old mother in law loves it because she can watch all the old programs on Netfiix and Hulu. Does what I needed it to do.

A good product for streaming to a regular TV. If you have a smart TV or a better BD player connected to the TV, you may not need this.

I was able to set up the Chromecast device in 30 minutes and it worked as promised. My son was able to cast YouTube videos ton his TV.

Product is great and the price is very reasonable. Pros : It is great for streaming Videos from your tablet or phone Cons 1) You will require very good WiFi connection for streaming HD content 2) Its functionality is limited. Content which is running on chrome can only be streamed on TV. you can not stream movies or anything else which is not running on chrome. Overall Great Product for the price you pay. Thanks

I bought the Google Chromecast for a bedroom Tv.I was really disappointed that it really didn't work the way or do what I expected.To my surprise,an item I had bought for my living room TV was the perfect item for my bedroom TV and the Chromecast was the perfect item for my living room TV.I had 2 different cable adapters that were 25ft long each that I used to hookup my laptop so I could watch movies and sports on my TV.They were both a real pain that required changing all sorts of settings on the computer and then having to set them back after I was through.Then,of course I had to roll the cables back up after each use and place them safely behind the TV.Also,the video and audio quality wasn't the best in the world and the letter fonts weren't very readable on the TV.The Chromecast fixed everything I didn't like about the cable and adapters.After I finally figured what I had to download and how(it really wasn't very clear)it works great.This is what I had been needing all along to watch my laptop on my TV.The picture fits perfect with no adjustments and the fonts are just as readable as on my laptop,which is a real plus.Now when I want to watch a sporting event that is only available online,I just put the TV on the correct HDMI input and the Chromecast turns itself on.Then I make sure I'm using Google Chrome as my browser and hit the icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen and there is my video and audio.I can leave it partial screen or make it full size and when putting it on full size it fits perfect!What a great invention!

Good product if your already an android user as most of the software and apps will work best from an android device. Great for turning a non-smart TV into a smart TV

This allows me to stream Baby Einstein videos on You Tube through my bedroom TV for my son. It's extremely convenient and easy to use.

This is way better than I expected. It works great with all of my devices, and was supper easy to setup. I'm loving it, and thinking about getting one for every TV.

Chromecast is the best answer to streaming video. I like it so much that each of my tvs has one. Its easy to share with company and simple to understand and install.

Love the Chromecast. Most of the time I use it to stream Netfilx and Pandora. I also use it to display my phone's screen when I want to watch TV. I bought 6 more to give to my groomsmen and everyone has raved about it to me. Overall it's sold for a great price and has given my existing TV some of the features of the new smart TVs. I will probably pick up a 2nd one when I purchase a larger TV for the family room.

I only wonder why didn't I get a Chrone earlier?! My husband and I can watch tv shows we like after our 14 month old goes down. We would never see anything without it!
