Great product! But I wish more apps could be use to stream overal I'm satisfied with my purchase

Unfortunately I am not able to have cable in my room, so I bought this for watching Netflix/hulu/YouTube in bed. It does just that, which is great. Really easy and quick set up. Only problem I have is the connection from time to time, which could be my wireless router, not the Chromecast.

Chrome Cast has really been a great way to cast my phone's apps and such to my Insignia HDTV. Youtube, CW app to watch shows and more has been good. However, the mirroring can be laggy and take a couple seconds sometimes to update when I mirror my computer. Mirroring the phone works faster than mirroring my computer, but it is still slower than other casting devices I have seen such as Apple T.V. Overall..awesome product

cheap great media streamer. I tried the amazon fire stick before and did not like it... I returned it and got the chromecast.

We did not have a smart tv and my daughter loves watching pocoyo. Now we can do it. This product it's great and easy to use.

Easy to set up. I use it whenever I need to show any content of my phone to other people on my TV. Also use it on the TV in my garage if I am working on something and want to still catch up on Netflix shows. Only complain would be all my pictures need to be uploaded on google drive in order to show them on the TV/monitor via chromecast.

It is super easy to set up and use. You can use your smartphone or laptop,etc to use it. It is a great value and product.

just a couple of issues. I wish the unit came with a user manual. I like to sit with the TV and go through the manual to learn the features and how do change different settings. Can't figure out how to change the font size on the Closed Captioning. I also have wireless headsets that worked fine on my old std tv. On this one I get nothing and can't find out why. (I know that Plasma sets have an issue but this is an led set.)

I like Chrimecast. It's easy to set up and easy to use. I have been using it for a month and have had no problems with it.

Plugged in to TV and was up and running in 5 min. Great option for TV for kids and having to get cable. Easy robust as well.

Can't beat it for the price! I gave it 4 stars because I wish it worked with more apps. However, that said, it's great with the one's it does work with. Easy to hook up. Easy to use. The only other problem is I have it on my bedroom tv and I have to unplug it at night because it lights up.

This is my first purchase of a Chromecast. There was no issue to setup and it has been working smoothly since installed.

solved our needs. We did away with cable and it allows us to effectively view streaming on HDTV. Easy to use and figure out.

The kids went to college and I saw no point in paying a yearly fee for Internet access for the Xbox. I don't play online games and I already subscribe to Netflix. Paying Microsoft's fee seemed redundant. The ChromeCast is easy to setup (but then I AM a computer tech) and use. I like the fact that you use your smart phone to control it rather than another remote control on the coffee table. It may take a little getting used to for some people. It's design is very different, but I think the technology it uses is the future of TV. You can't watch DVDs with it - but who does THAT anymore? You can watch movies you share on a computer - which is new since I bought it - but I haven't used it. I've never been interested in having a library of movies. I just want to watch stuff.

I have the apple tv and chromecast. The Chromecast cost $35 my apple TV $99. Both work great, the Chomecast is a lot cheaper.

Wish the power cord was a bit longer but other than that it's easy to use and does the job.

The Google Chrome cast is easy to install and adds nice options to your entertainment system.

It's easy to set up. It works well, occasionally stuttering, but that's due to my WiFi. Very inexpensive, and tiny footprint.

This is a great product, it transforms any TV you own into a smart TV and for less than 40 bucks, you can't beat the price.
