You can watch stuff on your phone right on your tv screen. Easy to use and the offers that it comes with are great.

My experience with the Chromcast has been great so far. It seems that a lot of people expect things from the device that it was never intended to do, the main one being screen mirroring from your devices, it is not a screen mirror at all. The Chromecast does work with applications that have the Chromecast ability built into them. Popular apps like Netflix, Hulu Plus, and YouTube have the ability. The one downside to the Chromecast is that is doesn't function with all applications. Google recently opened up the Chromcast SDK to the public though so I would expect that this going to change at least for Android apps very quickly. You do need a device (phone, tablet, or computer) to control the Chromecast. Open up the content you want to stream to your TV and press the Chromecast button to see the magic. This device is great for a back bedroom TV or just getting Internet content to a bigger screen as long as the app has the Chromecast ability.

Still evaluating it. It hooked up easily to the HD socket on my tv. I had to buy a brand new ipad because it would not work with a first generation IPAD. I probably would not have bought it, if the product or best buy disclosed to me that it would not work with IPAD 1st Gen.

This product was simple to set up on my TV and with my phone. Now can watch Netflix!

I bought this not knowing I was getting a tv with DNLA compatibility, but it works. Wish it was more iOS compatible

I own this and a Samsung All Share cast wireless hub. Chrome cast works much much better than the Samsung product.

My daughter uses this while at school as a way to keep up with her favorite TV shows.

Does exactly what it says it would. New media seems to be available daily. I would definitely recommend this product.

The Chromecast setup is incredibly easy. I bought this device for my mother-in-law. She didn't like watching Netflix on her Ipad. With the Chromecast, she can now view Netflix on her TV. The steps are simple enough that even she could do it - and she's both somewhat of a technophobe and a slow learner. Chromecast works with other applications, check the product description. It'll be nice when even more things are supported. For what it does and how simple it is to setup, I wouldn't hesitate on purchasing.

Easy to install and use. I don't mind that there isn't a remote, I love using my iPad or phone to control the device.

Great product if looking to just cast Youtube and Netflix on your tv. Very user-friendly, easy to set up , and a reasonable price. However, doesn't cast other apps such as safari browser or chrome browser on your phone or tablets. Can use cast extension to cast tabs from google chrome on your laptop but the speed isn't great.

Super easy to setup. Lots of streaming programs included. Streams easily from my iPhone.
