I bought this device to increase the speed of get netflix on my TV. The old way was to download it on my blueray drive with a smart TV built in. That process could take up to a half an hour or more. I plug it in and downloaded the app on my nook, smart phone and computer. A minute or less per show has been my experience. I have also used Chrome cast with my computer to show PowerPoint and U tube presentations for work.

I bought this to stream Netflix and such on my TV for the grandkids. It works fantastic.

I use it for travel to stream Netflix and HBOGO from my cell to the hotel TV. Works good.

Great product, easy to set up. Some times a bit laggy(when chrome casting) depending on your connection (would rather use the HDMI cable sometimes). The actual product heats up quickly while in use. Not many features yet but it will come.

I was skeptical at first, but the chromecast is great. I can play just about anything I want from my phone with the touch of a button. Set up was fast and smooth as well. Quality of streaming is high which was unexpected.

Netflix was down and we just kept on watching movies till they camr back up. This is great.

This is a good streaming stick for the price. The lack of remote and the understanding on how to use it fully took some time to figure out. The device had more flexibility then other similar devices but at the same time the learning curve was a little steeper than one would of desired.

I received one of these for christmas, and after setting it up on one of our TVs and using netflix with it, I immediately went out and bought another for our other TV. The price, and ease of use make this one cool gadget. Once more apps add the ability to cast, or the ability to use the chromecast to mirror the phone or tablets screen is added, this device will definitely be a must have for anyone looking to add big screen functionality to their portable devices.
