Great but more for android not iPhones but worth the price

The product is good but it works only with Browser. Streaming is slow and found delay in voice. If you need complete streaming, then HDMI Cable is the best option. If features improved, then best for the pice & quality.

I am a Android & apple user, and first purchased Apple TV to stream movies from both of my devices. Apple worked pretty seamlessly, but Android was very "clunky" and inconsistent in getting connected, very frustrating to say the least. I then tried Chromecast and loved it!!! Both devices stream wonderfully and very easily. I took back the Apple TV and bought 3 more ChromeCasts for the rest of my house.

Does everything it's advertised to do.. Performance is entirely dependent on you having a good/faster, IN RANGE router... The 'signal' is passed from your computer, to the router, then back to the TV...(or at least from netflix/internet to your router to the TV) If your router is physically far away, or has to go in a straight line thru several walls/floors, you might have to move it closer to the TV you want to use this on. So many variables affect WI-FI, but some developers say no more than 10 meters from the TV. Also, they never really show it in the advertisements, but you DO have to plug this into a 110v outlet...so if you don't have a free outlet spot, pick up a power strip on the way home. You might be able to plug it into a USB port on your TV if it has one, but on many models, these outlets go dead when the TV is off... If you plan to have the phone app turn your TV on automatically when you 'cast', this makes a difference.

Works smoothly and very simple. I bought for my aunt and it's perfect for easy usage.

I haven't had the opportunity to actually use it myself, but have been with the kids while watching everything from the phone directly in the TV. I think I need to buy a few more. We went on vacation to Orlando and they couldn't get it to work at the hotel. They thought it was something to do with the wifi or no direct access to the modem.
