Excellent for what it does

Unfortunately, it doesn't allow you to stream just anything from your computer. It has to be one of the services it supports, Youtube for example.

Inexpensive Streaming Solution

It is small and can be moved throughout your home with ease. It is so low priced that you can buy more than one. Anybody with the app can cast to your TV so friends can share as well.

One Nifty Gizmo to use on your Wifi & Smartphone!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like the ability to use my smartphone and the Google Chrome App so I can utilize all the media off my computer to view on my TV where the Chrome Cast dongle is jacked into the TV Port. I mainly use the device in this manner but it has so many other uses and applications to expand upon! Definitely worth the value!

Best Casting Product

This item is reliable and works well for casting media from a web browser. For media that is available via a Roku channel, I prefer the Roku. While the Chromecast works well, the video playback isn't so smooth at times. Given the price and the flexibility of the Chomecast, I would still highly recommend it.
