This is one of the best gadgets I have ever bought. Simple, not expensive, and makes your regular TV a full set of entertainment. I really enjoyed using my chromecast to stream everything I can to my TV. When my family found out about it they all went to buy one!

My daughter gave this to us as a Christmas gift and i was concerned that as a senior, I may be challenged to figure out how to connect and use it. With a little help from her I had it up and running in almost no time and have enjoyed viewing endless Youtube options. I love to view Bible teachings on the Big screen and can pause and come back to it as many times as I need. Such a wonderful gift!!

Walk into any bestbuy and you will find it probably right in front since it's so popular now . I set it up on back if TV in less than 5 and in less than 15 minutes to setup on screen. It walked me through each step. Kids are happy to watch Netflix on large TV along with YouTube videos and worldstar hiphop. I was tired of seeing them watch whole Movies from a cell phone. lol no more of that!

This has worked really well for us so far. We really enjoy the variety of apps we can use with it, but the variety could definitely increase. The only downside is it's not the easiest to control. Being that your phone/tablet/etc. is the remote, it's easy to get off of the screen and not be able to quickly pause the thing you're watching.

purchased this for my hubby who is overseas on tour, he says the chrome is a life saver allows him to watch some of his favorite shows,, he streams them right on to his tv via his ipad. It's very small which makes it easy to take on the go, would highly recommend.

I have not had any issues streaming YouTube videos, Netflix and Huluplus. I love it!

I am very happy with google chrome, the best part for me is no more cables!!! and when I cast from my laptop, from chrome, I can keep opening tabs and keep working while watching you tube for example. I have windows 8.1 and control everything from my laptop no remotes no cables to attach!! When I cast from my tablet galaxy note10 version 2014 and if I want to check a message or email I got a message Android has stopped and can't do anything and the movie or whatever I am casting, keeps rolling in my TV and if I want I can turn off my tablet! I am using watchespn app in my tablet for world cup and many times the internet stops. I have a good internet connection and my router is two steps from my TV .Even though, I think it is a very good alternative for entertainment and to get rid of not only cable companies but cables itself. I complemented my chrome with a digital antenna and said Adios! cable company.
