Great for the price but limited apps

If you already have a smart TV, Roku, or Apple TV, then I would skip it. If you don't, then it is a cheap way to get into streaming audio/video.

Chromecast
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have an android phone and I can mirror my screen to my TV through this device using their app. The only downside is if you're streaming a movie from your phone (a file and not from another provider), it looks like it is buffering and is not as smooth compared to as if you're watching on Netflix. I wish I can load XBMC on this device.

Great way to stream
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For the price, this is clearly the best way to stream YouTube and Netflix. I control it via my Android without having to waste it's batteries. Both YouTube and Netflix has worked perfectly and smoothly for me. Streaming from Chrome is barely useable, but it is still in beta technically, so its a feature that I hope will be improved over time. Overall, a great buy. PS - doesn't work on most hotel wifi's since they require logging in first and chromecast can't yet.
