Plug into your HDMI port, supply power, then follow TV Screen prompt, access website to enter 4 digit code. Works wonderfully with my Chromebook. You can access other tabs while streaming onto your TV.

Good, but you need a fast wireless network

It worked Ok on my wireless "N" network, but when I tried it on a Wireless G network, the video was slow slow that it was not usable. I had hoped that perhaps the tablet could connect straight to the Chromecast, but that requires a different (and more expensive) device.
