It was difficult to get it to work after we set it up. It should have better directions with it. The only directions were to plug it and follow on screen directions. There were no directions on how to use it. Had to Google that.

Great for multiple operating systems

We have 5 different devices that we use it with and it works well with all of them. We have multiple operating systems and it works great with android, apple, and windows. This was the only device we found at Best Buy that works with all of them.

Glad I purchased

I've found it useful as a convenient way to watch HBO GO in HD on my TV and to watch Comcast online content from the Chrome browser from my DESKTOP. You can not cast chrome browser content from a mobile device yet...only from a desktop. So there are specific uses that are really great, but this device might not be useful for everyone. I really enjoy the convenience and the quality picture that it casts. Would be a quick and easy way for someone with Netflix to use. I enjoy using the Vevo app as well. There is a lot of potential here. It's just a matter of time before more useful apps are developed.

Sometimes overheats
