It is super handy, especially if you do not want to have multiple cable boxes throughout your home. Very easy to move and use on multiple TVs. I just wish it was more versatile and didn't have to run through the Chrome web browser.

Connects to all my devices easily. The audio and video content streams in decent HD quality. This is an absolute buy if you stream Netflix, youtube etc.

Incredible Product for Streaming
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This product started off very limited to just Google Play and Netflix and HBO Go but it has become incredible now that you can use Plex with the Chromecast. I have bought at least 8 of these products since Plex has been enabled on Chromecast. It will decode any type of file format and stream it through your T.V.. Only downside is you have to pay in order to have Plex stream but if you have a substantial library it is completely worth it. I definitely recommend this product to anything that is streaming a lot of content. 10/10

Love Chromecast, but unit was defective.

May or may not be related, but the unit wouldn't connect well to my Wi-Fi. Took it to Best Buy for an exchange, and the new one works perfectly.

Awesome product, makes streaming painless!

Setup is extremely painless, and haven't had any issues after setup. The only complaint I have is that there could be more apps available.

I bought the Google Chrome for a second tv and it is so portable that I can use it on any tv as long as there is an hdmi connection. I also use it in hotel since I travel a lot. Great product!
