Great for any none smart tv

Great addition to a living room tv

The lacking of multitask function is my biggest problem, I would rather use my ps4 to watch netflix and the UI is much more intuitive compared to Chromecast.

This is so user friendly and hooks up quickly.

However, if you have movies downloaded to your phone or computer as files, chromecast will not play them

Good Value for the Money

The quality of streaming is great. Played a movie from chrome browser and the quality was superb. If this is the only smart device you have then probably this is the best value for the money spent. I could cast my videos directly on my PS3 using the PS3 browser or control the youtube videos from my android phone. The functionality is much better with android and Ps3 combination .This doesn't mean chromecast is bad but it does not do anything different compared to other devices. Definitely recommend this product if this is the only smart device you have at home.

i love the chromecast

It basically turned my tv into a smart tv. This year i bought one for everyone in my family. Great small affordable gift.
