I love that I can stream tv via my computer, but it would also be nice to stream from my Kindle. Also, you have to plug the device into an outlet. Non of the pictures for the product shows that part. I thought it was basically a flash, jump, or usb drive.

I use my Chromecast as part of my wireless presentation equipment when I have to teach information from the web, my tablet, or my computer. I like the Idea of been able to display my information almost whenever I go. And there are a lot of app that allow my devices to be mirror to the tv. I recommend it

Its working great, only I am missing is cast my mobile on TV. Which is not available for Iphone. If this would be in that then it will be of great use. Worth buying for Youtube, huluplus and other apps.

We got this to watch sports programs we cannot access on the TV...only on the internet. We are impressed with the 1080 picture and ease of use.

Installing and using this device couldn't have been easier. It has been very easy to watch any program that I can bring up on my phone on my tv now. Excellent picture and quality.

I do a number of presentations for small groups. Using Chromecast beats setting up projector, screen, audio, etc. With Chrome cast I can use my smartphone or tablet and just cast onto a flat screen TV, and the picture is great. I don't even have to darken the room. I am very please with this purchase.

I love it I have 1 for each TV. I can use and charge my phone while I watch whatever I want from my phone on my TV. Only downside is as of now it can't decode AC3 audio even with the AllCast app. So in those instances I still have to use The MHL adapter.

Hooking this unit up and setting it up took less than 10 minutes. Using the device takes just a few clicks. The quality of picture and sound is outstanding. I am well satisfied with this product

Love it!!! Bought this for one of my non internet tvs and couldn't be happier. I can stream movies no problem, watch hulu and YouTube. So easy to set up and totally controlled by my mobile phone!!

We got this during black friday and it was a very good deal. Very useful. We just installed a chromecast extension for google chrome browser and we can watch videos online. We also use this with our iPad, iPhone and android with the chrome and even with the apps. Easy to set up and highly recommended.

I have purchased several Chromecasts for multiple TVs and gifts to friends and family. The device was limited in compatible apps when it was first released, but is now compatible with several apps on Android and iPhone. Casting Chrome Tabs is particularly useful, and works well with my Android phone.

I hvae been a huge fan of Youtube and internet media since the past several years. I bought this gadget to stream my favorite youtube videos on big screen and it has worked out very well. Since I bought this gadget I have enjoyed youtube more than ever. Online videos look so much better on big screen.

We tried touse this with a Chromebook and it worked great for the first 30 minutes but as we switch through programs like a photo app it freezes the screen. No issues when steaming Netflix though.

I first found out about this from my brother-in-law who's very tech savvy. For such a great price, this little piece of technology can allow you to cast your screen from your laptop, desktop, or tablet to your flat screen tv to watch movies, look at photos or even games! What a great invention!

LOVE this item. Been looking for a way to watch all of the movies I have on my hard drive without needing to connect HDMI cables etc. to my TV. Just connect through WiFi and play the movies on my laptop. I have tried all of the options (some expensive ones) and this is the best hands down and inexpensive.

Easy to connect and cast. Compatible with a lot of apps. Can easily stream movies from just about any website or app. I have tried others but this is the best. I have two of them and you can name them so you don't get mixed up. Vey good product.....

I like this product, it is the second we have bought. We wanted one on each TV we own. My only wish for this product is the ability to show everything from my screen and not specific apps.

I already have a Google Chromecast and when I found out my granddaughter was watching shows on her laptop, I discussed getting one for her. This product is very easy to install and use. Makes watching your shows on a larger screen more enjoyable.

Excellent first product for streaming. Set up was plug it in, punch in a code, and start. Mirroring chrome works well. Seems limited at the moment with what it can do. If its not optimized programs like youtube, videos slow down a lot. It also has issues with wide screen laptops. It kept cutting off sides of videos. Haven't found a setting that has corrected that. Optimized sites for chrome cast are well done. Videos come out clear and in sync. All in all pretty good product. Needs some work. I don't think it replaces a roku or apple tv yet but the future is bright with this little device.

it is great when you have friends over because they can also stream to the Chromecast without any problems. However, it does have a habit of freezing and resetting after a couple of hours of use.
