I love how easy this is to use. I did do a quick Google search for tips and that was really helpful. The quality is better than streaming through the Wii which is what I had been using.

I must say I underestimated this little guy, but I soon noticed the power it holds coming from a Roku 2 XL user. I'm planning on purchasing one for my parents. The casting technology is amazing, best of all it's just $29.99 fantastic purchase, no regrets. Must have on every tv in your home.

The Chromecast recently replaced my old PS3 as my device of choice to stream netflix and other media to my TV from my desktop pc and i loved the face that i only needed to spend 35 dollars to get it. It is absolutely easy to setup and use and am impressed with the over all streaming quality. The only thing that is holding the Chromecast back is the fact that it does not stream in 1080P which is absolutely necessary in this day and age. I would recommend this device to friends, family and stranger alike despite the fact it does not stream in FULL HD.

I got a few of these because I was tired of paying high prices for cable so I kept my internet service and I just watch TV now wiht the help of these little guys. TV shows on demand are so much better than having to watch the time for when your fav show comes on again and at what time.

Some time it drops out but the picture is good. I got 2 units, one in living room and one in bed room.

It works just like it says it does. The streaming is flawless. I haven't had any disruptions I'm the streaming and all of my music and movies were perfect on the TV. Easy to set up.

Chromecast is a great product to use to streamline Netflix to your television. Very easy to set up and use. Great product for the price.

For $25 it can't get any better than this, google always has the latest support on it and even after 2 years it still does an amazin job for streaming videos on a TV

I've been using a WDTV for the past few years (and love it as well), but the portability of Chromecast compares to none. Very easy to set up too. I would though like to have a remote for it (being able to work it on my phone is great but would be nice to just use a simple remote too) and especially wish Google would add more apps to it.

I bought this to stream movies/videos from my laptop to my TV. It works exactly as stated and is easy to install and set up. It does stall and stop from time to time (not sure if due to the product or maybe my internet service). One thing to note is that although it plugs into HDMI input, it still needs power either from a USB input on the TV or a Power outlet. Luckily for me, my TV has a USB input. Also, the product gets pretty hot when plugged in (whether or not you're actually using it). I usually unplug it when not in use as to avoid overheating it.

If you have an HDMI port on your tv, this will work and make it easy to access your favorite apps. You can also use it to mirror your compatible smartphone or laptop. Easy to use.

Within 5 minutes of unpacking the device I was watching YouTube videos, using my HTC One as the remote. Setup was incredibly easy and the quality is quite good. I did notice, however, that the quality of Netflix was not quite as good as my Roku player. This may be due to the fact my Roku is on a wired Internet connection and Chromecast uses wireless. Overall I have been very pleased with Chromecast and I find myself enjoying YouTube videos more than I ever had before. I can also show anything that can be seen in a Google Chrome browser window (but this is still in beta...occasionally crashes). I look forward to more applications supporting the Chromecast API.

The potential for the Chromecast is great. It's easy to set up an use and once Google loosens their restrictions on Chromecast developers, the potential of what can be done is limitless. This is actually my 2nd Chromecast. I have one in the bed room and one in the living room. In the bed room, I use it mainly for Google Play Music since that is where I store my music library. In the living room, I use it to stream my Chrome Browser and stream my video lectures for school allowing me to relax on the couch and take notes instead of sitting at the computer desk.

The Chromecast is a neat device that has served us well. Our church doesn't want to pay for TV service and the Chromecast has allowed us to show whatever content we've need to so far for less than the cost of a month of paid TV service.

I couldn't give it 5 stars because it stops communicating at times and you have to reboot the Chrome cast player. Sometime resetting your device will get it to receive your media as well.

I use my Chromecast for everything. I use one at work to cast laptop screens to our lobby tv during meetings. My fiance uses chromecast at home to cast Youtubes videos to the TV while she is working. We use it for Netflix, etc... I currently have 2 at home and 1 at work. I LOVE IT!

This was a Christmas gift for my husband and he is very happy with it. He doesn't have to plug the computer with an HDMI cable anymore, and the streaming is faster than with the cable. More apps are available for the Chromecast stick every day, so it is the gift that keeps on giving.

Easy to install and connect to wifi.. Great to use to stream Youtube videos to watch on your tv. Or listen to Pandora. Great device!

I already have an apple tv and love using that, but when I travel I needed something more portable. Chromecast is the answer. Easy to set up and use and very small to carry with you.

I bought this to stream Netflix from my phone to my TV upstairs, it works great but it does use more of my internet than i was expecting...something about download the screensavers? i just unplug it when im not using it, problem fixed.
