Love this product and it's functionalities! I use it Everytime I go to my girlfriends house because that's the only thing I can use to watch netflix when I'm over there!

At first I was really considering taking it back because the streaming was slow and choppy unless it was streamed for Youtube. I later tried streaming the same web pages from my wifes newer laptop and it was much smoother. Now I use it to stream movies,videos and web pages to my flat screen from my wifes laptop all the time it also works well with my Iphone.

I love the chromecast! It's so innovative and convenient which I'm also a fan of! And I loved being able to get it on a fantastic sale!

The chromecast it's a very good entry level streaming stick, as everybody knows by now. As also everybody know the Amazon firestick does the same but in a little fancier way and even supports voice searches. So if you want the most basic, 0 extra features streaming device, the chromecast is for you. Also. It looks like after a couple of years of work the device starts to perform slower than at the begging of its life.

Even through i have smart tv with full browser feature some times its difficult to open sites with lots of popups in smart tv browser. Chrome cast fills this gap .

Lost my adapter for my tablet and realized that they don't make it anymore. Sales associate recommended this item and that it was easy. Tried it and it was easy to use althought u cannot hotspot with the chromecast. The good thing about it is that u can take it everywhere to use it as long as you are hooked up with the same wifi. You can also use it with any tablet, smartphone, etc as long as you download the app.

This was my first tech gift for my partner this season and he loves it. Didn't realize the capabilities this small device would add to our system. Amazing item and gift.

I really like the fact that I can switch my brand new LED television into a smart tv without spending hundreds of dollars more. Great investment and seamless connection.

I needed something to stream HBO Go on and this does the job. Very simple. Use your phone to control it and it doesn't drain the battery. Much better than DTV's GUI.

This product gives you everything you need to bring entertainment to any TV in your house that isn't already a smart TV. I haven't had cable in around two years now.

Wound up returning it. Salesperson claimed we could use this to stream from iPhone. Not true.

It definitely works. However sometimes I have to unplug it to get it to work. Go get something that you can control with a remote.

I Purchased the chromecast after trying the Samsung hdmi cord and which lagged big time. The chrome cast works but sucks because you have to have you phone/tablet you are streaming from close to the chrome cast so it won't lag. Another thing is the chromecast has to be pretty close to your WiFi source or it will stop streaming.....other than that works and had success watching hbo go with this than the Samsung hdmi cord.

This is a good streaming device if you only use one service like YouTube or Netflix I didn't like the fact you can't use like a special keyboard, they have an app for both android and apple devices, for android you can mirror your screen phone, although not all devices are supported and some of them they won't mirror on full screen (mine didn't) so it was kind of annoyoing to have the function but not been able to use it.

This ks a great alternative to the apple tv. It works with apple products ipad,iphone. That's a great plus. A lot of apps have the chromecast enable option youtube,chrome web browser on mobile device and laptop(mac and pc). It connects to an hdmi port and needs usb power.. make sure to have a port on your tv if not t you need to plug it in to the ac outlet. Best thing the price compared to other netbox systems......

I am in love with my Chromecast. With the ability to stream anything from a Chrome browser, Google has indeed taken over!
