I love my new TV and the chromecast is a great bonus added to it! Didn't want or intend to buy cable and it's such a lovely component in my life now!

Android works fine, but having issues with iPhone and iPad and Chromecast. Waiting for next update to see for sure.

This is an awesome product and it makes me highly mobile, whether I'm at my place or my parent's place; I get to watch what I want to watch anytime.

My older 42" LCD tv is now a Smart TV. My 42" 3D LED Smart hasn't had an update in awhile. It's now smarter.

Not super fast, but once I was able to figure out how navigate the apps, it has everything I need and my kids too...

Bought this to stream from my iphone and pad to my big screen TV...Does everything expected and the clarity is perfect....a bargain for the price...

was always skeptical of chromecast thought it was to small but it works with your phone and pc it;s absolutely awesome i cant compare it to others but just what ive been able to do with it in a day is spectacular can stream my vids straight from my laptop no lag or bad buffering at normal res havent tried higher resolutions yet must use with videostream just fantastic together

Well, I think it is better and adding more apps will make it best. Also, it would be better if Google moves the casting of desktop from experimental

Having used Amazon Prime stick, I had high expectations from chromecast. I knew that one needs a mobile phone to control the streaming experience but I was awkwardly embarrassed at my dumbness seeing that chromecast does not exist without my smartphone. I did not like installing all the streaming apps on my phone just so that I could cast them to the device. My 16GB iPhone memory is already shrinking and bugging me with those 'delete some data' error messages. To top it off, imagine installing all the streaming apps in the world on your smartphone just to link them to chromecast. That according to me is a deal breaker. I would rather recommend buying Roku stick or Amazon Fire Stick that cost about $15 more but gives you much needed liberty from using the phone memory for whatsapp pictures and videos than installing those 'never-used-on-phone' apps.

The Google Chromecast is a great product that allow users to broadcast through Wifi YouTube videos to their HDTV.

So much packed into one device. Perfect if TV doesn't have Hulu, Netflix etc. Allows me to pull up whatever my tablet is showing onto my TV screen.

Small glitch during setup with my network but not a fault of the chromecast. After I figured out my network inompatibility, it was up and working in 5 minutes. Highly suggest using a laptop where you can see the TV it's used on. Not generally a problem these days but understand that you either need an HDMI and a USB port (power) or you'l have to use the adapter to get power to it.

ChromeCast does exactly what it says it will: take what's on your laptop and put it on your TV. Out of the box and "casting" in less than 5 minutes.

Great product gives great flexibility to viewing. Reasonably priced. Best Buy easy to purchase from a trusted source

The device is very good but if your connection is not very good you can experience some breaks in the streaming.

Not all smart T.Vs have the same features as this little guy. I bought it to screen mirror only and ended up using it for everything. Great buy!

Own 3 of these. Great for sharing pictures and vids on my phone. When I find a good vid on YouTube it goes right on the big screen for everyone to see. Netflix/HBO/starz in every room now. Also, anyone connected to my network can use all the chromecasts. More and more Compatible apps are being released all the time. It's great that I can use it with my pcs via Google chrome
