Although the Google Chromecast was easy to setup, I have limited use with my iPad. I was looking for something to interface my iPad content with my TV. Does not work with most applications. Only works with content provided by Google, and you know how that is.

Would be better if my phone allowed the full screen mirroring as there are only a few that are currently supported.

I was potato of couch. Since because I am potato, movement is restricted. This device is perfect for me for as movement is not required. Now I am happy potato of couch.

I bought this the day it went live, and haven't regretted it. I've been using Roku boxes to watch Netflix & others for a couple of years, but those are over double the price, and I wanted something for my master bedroom & for my guest bedroom (which doesn't have cable). This provides simple entertainment when cable just isn't cutting it. You can't beat the price, or the ease of use!

The device, once installed works but using the Chromecast app on my phone is cumbersome and sometimes confusing.

Have not had a chance to use it fully but it is easy to charge and operate.

I have 3 devices because I wanted it in every room. You can watch different shows at the same time. I enjoy Nexflix and all live streaming media.

A easy way to stream to your TV. Apple TV is much better and had way more apps

Best bang for your buck streaming device out there, great compatibility with Android and iOS devices.

Works really well. I can cast programs to tv and still use my devices that I casted. Useful and good alternative to smart tv. Highly recommend.

I have other devices for Netflix, etc that are terrific. This is hard to beat for the price if you need that capacity it's a great deal. I was hoping for better streaming of general content from the internet and it works pretty good, but not great for that. I hope add more capability to it soon. Neat little gizmo though!

Great product love how easy it is to use and very affordable for the service

This product is awesome i love how i can control everything from my phone. The only thing that stinks is how i can't stream everything like my xfinity app and i have a lot of problems with the abc app, but everything else is awesome. I would highly recommend over the apple tv or roku, simply on the grounds of price.

I bought it for the reason that I only wanted to watch netflix on my television without having to have to buy a blue ray player or a big box.....

I purchased this on sale during Black Friday. I read other reviews so I knew this is not a fully complete product yet. I have this connected to a Sony HDTV via the HDMI port and after a couple of device resets I was able to see the device on my Win8 laptop and Android tablet. On the laptop the Chrome browser allows you to view web pages and some local media files. On my tablet I could only view web pages and not any local content. Apparently Google blocked an earlier version that allowed users to stream local video files via Android. Currently you can do this with MP4 files on PCs, but not Android products. Someday this will happen(hopefully). In the mean time it works for basic web browsing to my TV.

I was in anticipation of this little tool since I had heard about it and immediately went and bought one. Setup was easy on my Samsung LED and the usefulness was there. Actually, the first use I found was showing my anti-Alabama (Nick Saban) girlfriend the last second of the SEC gabe against Auburn since she had to work that night. It was cool to have access to quick YouTube videos for everybody to watch but I had two problems: 1) my wireless signal just was worthless getting into my bedroom and 2) I wasn't too happy about turning on chromecast first on my phone and then go to app I wanted to display. Unless I missed the concept I think Samsung actually had it right with their Allshare software but I'm hoping this little device will be improved on and more support will be given, especially for those of us that have home media servers already. Needless to say, I brought the device back.

Easy to use. Easy to set up. Makes your tv so much more interesting if use.
