I feel so hip now like where have I been living the past few years....Google Chromecast is awesome sauce...Now my TV can serve it's purpose.

Works great to see what I what to from my phone and my tablets to the TV nice when family is over and we what see see what I got on my tablet

Worked really well once I got it set up and the hang of it. Took a little bit to get it installed and ready to use

The installation was easy. Using iphone and ipad, I downloaded the Chromecast app. Using Windows 7 or 8, I downloaded the Chrome browser. For iphone and ipad, I can only cast Netflix and Youtube - I am OK with that because mainly those 2 are what I need to cast. For Windows, it only works in the Chrome browser (I realized that's why it is called Chromecast). Happy casting ...

Truthfully a super cool tool to watch videos on YouTube and stream online movies. I do believe I would choose Apple TV over this product but didnt because of the cost. Apple TV mirrors what is on your Iphone and using Chrome cast makes you download apps to work through. Still works fine with the amount we use it.

Love this thing.it will play anything from your computer. Does seem to work better through my phone though. Think Internet connection is slow.

My Sharp TV HDMI port recognized the Chromecast right away I was able to cast videos in minutes. Awesome product.

not superb connect. waiting time occurs often which is frustrating sometimes.

So far..the Chromecast is another great alternative to view Netflix on, but that's about it at this point. Hopefully Google will add more entertainment apps very quickly, it doesn't match Apple TV at this point in time. But if you don't want to spend $100 for an internet entertainment unit and can be patient until Google ups the app count, the Chromecast is probably for you.

This is easy to use with our smartphones and tablets just look up the content that you want to stream and touch the Chromecast button and it asks you where to stream it. It even offered to stream it to our other two TVs that don't have the Chromecast dongle plugged in when it detected them on our WiFi router. I have sent the content to both of our other TVs and it works fine.

I have both android and apple devices. First purchased Apple TV but returned for Google Chromecast as both devices can be used with Chromecast

This is the 3rd chrome cast device that we've bought. It's nice to share what we are watching on the internet with the family on a big screen TV.

I bought this for my grandchildren as they like to watch cartoons. The ability to watch movies that are included and from Google Play is great.

I got Google - Chromecast for my daughter so she can watch her animes on her tv instead of her ipad mini. She has been using it everyday since she got it. Only lags from time to time. But her overall experience has been pleasurable. It is a easy and fast way to stream netflix and such to your tv.

It allows me to watch whatever I want to watch with all its apps. I wish it could act as an extension of my computer, but otherwise a great product!

easy connect make it a must for my 3 year old son! you can connect youtube quickly and easily so he can stay quiet or dance with Barney in 1 minutes

The Chromecast started with only a couple of apps available for it but after one year it had so much going on for it. The amount of apps that ad functionality to it keeps growing On the last update you can even cast your phone to the TV. What I love for it is that I can look for shows/movies while I still play something on the TV. For the price is the best one out there.

Great product for the price. Has some connectivity issues with certain files, etc. should be a little simpler to run

Great for streaming apps approved by Google to your TV. Worthless for streaming anything else due to Google's active interference with non-approved Chromecast apps. So if you're using Netflix or Hulu 5 stars. If you want to stream a MP4 or MKV, 0 stars.
