I don't have internet available at my house. Charter wont run the line across the road. Had to return chromcast.

The set up could not have been easier and the price point is a great deal.

Chromecast is an amazing product. Most users will find the setup easy and thorough. Once setup with wifi network, all you need is the chromecast app on a phone or a website with the ability to chromecast. Netflix, Hulu, HBO Go all work and provide amazing quality. Still under development is the ability to cast a webpage to chromecast, which works but is very CPU dependent.

Works as advertised. Can't say much more. It's useful for streaming Google Play Music to a big screen, and I sometimes use the cast feature.

Took a bit of time to set up but it as worth it. I don't really use it as much but it is a neat thing to have.

With the Chromecast, you are able to stream the internet onto your smart TV. Right now, YouTube, Netflix and music from Google Play can be streamed. Hopefully more apps will join the Chromecast experience. Your Android or iOS device becomes the remote to control what apps you want to use. Chromecast would be great among family or friends for sharing favorite videos and music.

Worked as it should. Bought for my daughter when she moved to her first apartment. It is working well for her

This is the easy and cheapest way to make your tv smart. Its a good option

My kids and I can no enjoy Netflix, Crackle and even movies off Google Play plus a whole range of other tv/movie and radio websites and apps

It does what it is supposed to do. Streams well, only wish it had more apps.

Works as advertised. Love the screen mirroring of my phone on the tv, can just about watch anything. seriously considering canceling cable soon

Great to use with the TV while we research items for our upcomming renovation. We can all view on the large screen ideas, samples and products.

This is a great accessory for tablets and smartphones (and at just $35 MSRP very affordable) but it needs to be able to access your own photos, etc. stored on your device. The documentation says additional apps will be included in the future but currently native apps are excluded such as photos and movies on an iPad.

The amount of things you can do with this device is amazing. Having an android device to use it with will help you get the most out of it.

Very nice and inexpensive item to add to my television. The setup was a little confusing, but after it linked up, it is a very nice addition...

It's a good alternative to smart tvs. The only issue I have with it is that it doesn't support music streaming.

Unable to setup form laptop, but easy to set up from tablet which also made laptop work, but all updates now have to be from tablet. Still unable to cast from desktop, instructions not clear. I know they are still improving the device and am looking forward to the new uses. Excellent idea and really like using it.

I use this in my kitchen. I really enjoy watching it while at the table. Too bad it doesn't come with a remote.

It's easy to install, almost like plug and play. The one thing I don't like about it is that the picture will be static like the signal is losing, you will need to adjust the resolution of the screen to the minimum to fix this issue. Then it will be fine. I would rate it excellent if it wasn't for this problem.
