Google is great

Casting a Chrome tab to tv is the best feature. It can play any browser video. The only down side:Google should have built network content discovery to play local hard drive content on tv.

Not screen mirroring compatible

You can only project the video if the app has the google chrome cast symbol. If the app does have the symbol you cannot project the video. Also, this device does not allow you to mirror the cell phone screen and project it on your tv like an Apple TV device can.

If you don't have one, you're wrong.

Other products have similar functionality, but are 3 or 4 times the price. Once the public Developer Kit is released, Chromecast-enabled apps will multiply like gremlins.
