I love my Chromecast! I use it all the time on the TV in the livingroom. I use it to stream Plex and my media library to my tv. It works great! Just wish they would release screen mirroring app natively from google allowing you to mirror your device screen like apple tv.

The Chrome Cast was easy to set up and worked very well. It broadcasts anything in the Chrome Browser. When I wanted to project my own pictures I opened the browser and typed: file:///C:/Users/Toshiba%20i5%20Laptop/Dropbox/ , so you can use some variation and view pictures thru Chome. Have to be happy about the price!

I prefer streaming media from my cell phone. The chromecast is the device you want if that is the way you stream.

As long as you don't have a windows 8 phone you can run the app from your phone to your TV. No computer required.

Nice gadget to connect some functions of a mobile device to a big TV. Wish it had more functionality out of the box for mobile device video to TV. Instead of limiting video to specific apps for viewing, just port the device video right to the TV to view anything on device.

I held off getting the Chromecast until it was on sale. I am now kicking myself for not buying sooner. The streaming is at full 1080p and the sound is comparable. The images are better than my FIOS box delivers, and no searching for the remote. Now they need to expand what content can be streamed and it will be perfect.

Great to turn any TV into a smart TV. The set up was easy. It's compatible with all my devices android, iOS, or PC.

Great addition to my digital world. Now I can view the shows I want on my big screen going from my phone or tablet.

I wanted to able to watch Netflix and Hulu, etc on my TV and since I don't have a Smart TV or a gaming device that will allow me to do this....a friend suggested I get Chrome Cast. It was worth the price and it was easy for this not so tech savvy person to set up and easily start watching Netflix. Recommend for anyone.

This little thing is probably the best streaming device available in the market for the price and accessibility.

I started using Chromecast from Thanks Giving and it is lot easier to watch videos on TV than using the SMART TV apps itself. It is easy to search in a Tab or phone and then cast them on TV. I am loving it.

Now I can watch videos, listen my music and even work with my computer in my tv... all wireless!! This is awesome!!

Most things I want to display on my tv from my iPad, phone, etc. are available through Roku. Streaming videos via Facebook and YouTube can be done on either yet it does seem a little easier through this product. It lives up to expectations and is definitely worth the cost.

I purchased this for me to stream Netflix and to use my big screen TV as a big browser for my laptop and tablet. I purchased another one for my daughter to use at school. Easy to set up and use, works great for Netflix, my main usage. I didn't try other options. Best Buy had them in stock and on sale which I purchased it.
